Yesterday Cynthia Watros, AKA Libby, pleaded guilty to drunk driving. Watros cooperated during the arrest on December 1, unlike Michelle Rodriguez, and has no criminal record, again unlike Rodriguez. As part of the plea agreement she had her license suspended for 90 days, agreed to attend 14 hours of alcohol abuse rehab classes and paid $307 in fines/court costs.The trial for Rodriguez is March 30. With her record and her attitude during the arrest, I wonder what she'll get if found guilty. I don't believe she has agreed to a plea bargin.
