Here's some spoiler information from abcmedianet.com and the weekly Lost podcast.************************************************
Episode description: "The 23rd Psalm" - Mr. Eko interrogates Charlie about the Virgin Mary statue, Claire begins to lose faith in Charlie when she discovers his secret, and Jack is an interested observer when Kate gives the recovering Sawyer a much-needed haircut, on "Lost," WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 11 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.
The photos on the website aren't extremely exciting - Kate giving Sawyer a haicut, Eko talking to Charlie, Jin throwing a fish net, and Charlie with a torch in the jungle. No shots of Eko's backstory, which is what the episode is about.
From the weekly Lost podcast - The monster's back!! Eko has his first encounter with it and the producers say that there will be one shot especially that people will be interested in seeing again - so set your VCR's and DVR's or whatever else.
In the Q&A session, they verified the character's names have special meanings - Jack Sheppard (leads the flock), Locke and Rousseau are named after the philosophers and etc. They also confessed to being busted when a viewer asked why so much time was spent opening the hatch when the back door was right there and much easier to open.
Dominic aka Charlie was on Ellen today. They showed a clip of a confrontation between him and Mr. Ecko regarding the statue with the drugs in it. Mr. Ecko wanted Charlie to show him where he found the statue. Charlie took him to a tree and Mr. Ecko called him a liar and slammed Charlie against the tree and demanded that Charlie take him to the plane. So Ecko apparently knows about the plane and the cargo.Dominic also told Ellen that this episode was a very dark one for his character as his relationship with Clair is damaged and he once again finds the "sweet release" of drugs.
He also stated that although Charlie comes across as a sweet and loveable guy, he still has his demons to contend with.
Thought this was interesting.
