Has anyone else been listening to the Lost podcasts? They are available to download through iTunes. Most of them have a little interview with one of the cast members and then have two of the producers, Damon Lindeloff and Carleton Cuse, talking about the show and answering some viewer questions. One last week had the two writers of last week's show, Collision, doing commentary of the show as it ran.

They are pretty interesting. You get some background on why the writers/producers are doing the things they are and some semi-spoilerish info. I haven't been posting anything from them, but will try if you want.

I've been listening to them and yes, they are interesting.

You also might get a little hint on what will or will not happen. I try to avoid outright spoilers. I did read a major female character would be killed, but didn't know which one. I figured it wouldn't be Kate, Sun or AL, so that left Shannon and Claire. On the podcast before Adandoned they read a question from a fan asking about having more of Charlie's story. The answer was that there will be much more on Charlie, Claire and their relationship. So that told me Claire wasn't going anywhere and it had to be Shannon.
