LAST EDITED ON 10-20-05 AT 09:48 AM (EST)I was tryng to count the pairs of legs of the Others but was unable to get an accurate read. What I thought I noticed was the same pair of muddy bare legs going by twice as well as the same pair of brown pants going by twice. Can't imagine what that means. And they all looked male.
Did anyone get a count of the number of people that trucked on by?
I hope that the writers aren't thinking Land of the Living Dead or something lame like that.

I thought the second pair of legs that had mud all over them looked female as the leg had no hair and looked shaved.

Regarding the legs...IMO, they walk like zombies or something, lol. As in, their legs kind of drag along behind them...

Hi,
My first post here; big fan of lost....Anyhow, I noticed that too, and rewound my DVR to see if the legs were the same. I also counted 8, and note that the music kind of "thumps" with each pair.
I haven't seen anyone comment on the person in the bushes...looked like the guy from the hatch.

This is kind of related to your "Night of the Living Dead" comment, Maroon...but, did anyone else think VAMPIRE when you saw the dead body with the wooden stake through the heart?? I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere but that thought combined with how the people going by Echo and Jin were so silent had me thinking the Others were d.e.a.d. I'd be eating garlic if I was one of the tailies!
