Welcome to The Apprentice Voting thread.
The purpose of this thread is to predict who will be fired in this week's (9/29) episode. You have until 5 minutes before the episode starts (EDT).
The Rules1. Please put the name of your choice for this week's firing IN THE SUBJECT HEADING! This is really easy. Just highlight and delete the bit where it says "Re: The Apprentice Episode 5, It's Time to Vote!" and replace with your vote, i.e., Rob.
This is important -- in the subject header, please ONLY use names. This avoids confusion and time-wasting to do the tallies. If the title has no name listed, we won't count the ballot.
THE REMAINING CANDIDATES:
Andy
Chris
Elizabeth
Ivana
Jennifer M.
John
Kelly
Kevin
Maria
Pamela
Raj
Sandy
Stacy R.
WesAlready fired:
Bradford (2)
Jennifer C. (4)
Rob (1)
Stacie J. (3)
2. Reply ONLY to this post! Curves on women are good. Curves on vote threads are bad.EXCEPTION TO RULE 2! VOTE CHANGES!
If it just so happens that you want to change your vote for whatever reason, REPLY TO YOUR ORIGINAL POST! Your new post heading should read "VOTE CHANGE: Name".
3. Make any other predictions (who will be PM, which team will win the task, etc.) or comments in the body of your message.
4. THIS IS NOT A DISCUSSION THREAD! This is a voting thread! There are plenty of places on the Spoilers Forum to debate the merits of people's arguments. Let's keep it out of here, please. Feel free to explain the reasoning behind your vote, though.
5. Have fun!
I hope we get another fun boardroom!
Our QVC spoiler says that the women will win, so the men are off to the boardroom. The only one we know to be safe is Raj, since he won't be foolish enough to give up his exemption. I think that unless Andy, Kelly, or Kevin does something extremely boneheaded this week that they will all be safe based on their past performance. Wes and Chris are the two best candidates for dismissal in my mind at this point, with the nod going to Chris because we finally got introduced to him last week with his little "I hate the public" bit. Why show us that one piece of activity from the boys' preparation? So that we wouldn't be saying "who's he?" when Trump fires him this week. When you're good to Mama...Mama's good to you.
"So that we wouldn't be saying "who's he?" when Trump fires him this week.Good reasoning. Maybe next week. They wanted us to see his nipple ring first.
LAST EDITED ON 10-06-04 AT 10:10 PM (EST)He's an idiot.
Pam comes in and kicks BUTT on the women and whips them into some kind of shape and they somehow, unbelievably, WIN! This leaves the guys to suffer and I predict it will be Chris & Andy brought into the boardroom by the PM who likely might be John or Kelly, with Chris being fired for screwing up with his mouth again.....
So far this season, no one has been fired while PM solely for being held accountable for a poor performance in the competition. Jen C may have been fired in that manner last week but she made herself such an easy target with her stupid decisions in the board room. The Donald's decision was so easy. This week, I think whoever is PM will be the sacrificial anode. Chris will be the unlucky one to draw the name from the hat and thus put his head on the chopping block.
This type of task tells me the PM may not be held accountable for the loss. I think the weakest contestant will be eliminated here.
Pretty much exactly what Bebo said.
I just don't know... my heart says "let those women lose again", but they've got to win sometime, right? I think they will get pulled together on this one and win by being led by Jennifer M. (She was shown in the previews as being on camera at QVC, of course maybe I'm mistaken I don't know? We didn't get any VidCaps this week.)Since Andy has been shown prominently already, I think he's got nothing more than the title "master debater" and his story line has fallen off (foreshadowing??) Besides his "grand ideas" that don't always work, what has he done?
I just don't see him still in the game when we get down to the wire, so now is as good a time as any for him to roll his carry-on out of the building and into the waiting taxi.
why mess with genius?
LAST EDITED ON 10-07-04 AT 10:17 PM (EST)But why is it I feel I know the women much better than the guys so far.
Alt: ChrisWe've seen both of these guys screw up, so it's a toss-up which one will go first.

This is post #14, this voting thread consists of 12 votes, 1 double vote & 1 tally.Andy - 3
Chris - 6
Wes - 4
Ivana - 1Guess we're all thinking the women will win this time. Most of us have a man as the one to go this time. Tune in tonight to find out who is fired.
I'm just a squirrel trying to get a nut.
I think the weakest link goes. Alt: Chris

Just to be different.
My gut says Andy but everyone else provided sound rationale for it being Chris.
I missed last week's show, so I didn't see any of the foreshadowing (if there was any). But, since we've known about the QVC challenge forever and we know the women win, it's gotta be a member of Mosaic who goes. It can't be Raj, since he won't pull a Bradford.Since Wes is worthless, I'll pick him as the victim.
