>one pulling the strings for now. When I heard Katrina's comment, I felt that it was foreshadowing of Nick winning, or at least doing better than Amy. But due to the way Nick has been edited, it doesn't seem like he is a likely winner. I like the irony aspect and hope Amy goes farther in the game than Nick does.
I think that Nick may be the downfall of Amy.Amy gave me the clue on this week's Rickshaw episode, when she mentioned off-handedly that she doesn't consider this game to be an individual competition, she still sees herself as part of a team.
Uh oh. She has never been to the boardroom yet. This will lead to her downfall. Amy's been having so much fun working with the teams and congratulating each other and enjoying the fruits of their winning labors that she is not yet aware of the ugly side of the game.
When she finally does end up in the boardroom, she may speak positively about her teammates, etc., and be shocked when she finds out that her "friends" would like nothing better than to cut her throat. Nick is especially good at attacking others and acting indignant in order to save himself and wouldn't hesitate to attack her in the boardroom if he needed to. I'm afraid that she may be unprepared for this, and may be shocked too deeply to make and immediate recovery, as she tends to work for the team effort without taking notes on her teammates flaws.
She will probably survive anyway, as her performance history is strong, but it may leave her bewildered and she will look at her team and perform more guardedly in the future, which will give her teammates ammunition against her.
Things like this happen all the time in real life. They are "team players" when it looks to be so, and then there really are TRUE "team players".
