"Apprentice #5 Episode #6 East Coast Spoiler Thread"

Please keep all discussion of tonight's episode on this thread until the West Coast can figure out what time it's on at. Much like the East Coast. Y'know what I said about Howie's show refusing to get off the air? Case in point.

Wow, I really respect Bryce. He showed a lot of character, in my opinion. He knew that D wouldn't can Lee - and he didn't want to throw those who really worked hard under the bus, so he kept them out of the line of fire. (Mixing my metaphors, here!)I don't understand why D would rather fire someone who worked hard and didn't get it exactly right (Charmaine, Tarek) rather than someone who didn't contribute much at all? (Lenny) It's like the lesson Trump is trying to teach is, stay under the radar, take no responsibility, and by all means, don't come up with an original idea.
I respected Bryce far more than Trump in this episode.

Yes, I think Bryce came out of this episode looking alot better than Trump. Not that it is hard to look better than Trump. But Bryce was right, Trump doesn't listen. And I am having a problem with Lee getting to slide through. It would be different if he was contributing alot when he is there. But he seems to get out of tasks and then just smooze the VIPs and point fingers when things go wrong. What exactly has Lee contributed to the team? I agreed with Bryce that Tarek and Charmaine worked. Trump seems to want to fire people that are trying. I guess the alternative is to not accept any responsibility. Yes, it's easy to do nothing wrong when you do nothing at all. I think a few people need to step up on both teams.

Bryce was certainly to blame for the team showing up late at the meeting with the Arby's execs. But he's also right that people should be allowed to try and fail; the weakest links are those who don't try at all (especially "jingle smingle" Lenny).Yes, Bryce looked like a leader who would have done more with the Trump Organization if it had been left to him by his dad that The Donald ever will. Much more. It's time for Mark Burnett to fire Trump.
Trump knows a lot about failure, too. Just look at his mess in Atlantic City. But he has an image to maintain as an arrogant fool, and he made sure to keep up his image this week.
