I say Marissa, and she chooses a Mil. over him. we can hope.who doesn't think that Jack will Choose Marissa?

Not that I'm watching (i'll try to catch the last few mins, but I got a cranky boy to put to sleep.)

I haven't seen any postings or remarks about last nights show. My one and only comment...phony but predictable.

Glad he picked Nathalie. I just thought it was absolutely hilarious that they made Marissa stand there on the other side of the rocks and watch while they walked off into the sunset. *snicker*

He surprised me. I thought for sure he would pick Marissa. I think that Marissa made the same mistake with him that Maria made with him on their last date. They were both forward with him, trying to win him via lust. Where as Nathalie held back more, thus she seemed “purer” in Jack’s eyes.Deonna

I predict that lawyers representing James Cameron and 20th Century Fox will parachute down to the boat that Jack and Natalie are literally sailing off into the sunset on, and order the production to cease and desist in its blatant copying of Fox-copyrighted scenes from Titanic.Otherwise, I wonder if this choice showed the 'script' of the show, with Marissa having been recruited as the bad girl who stayed around - and was re-introduced at one point - simply to provide contrast to the good girl that Jack would eventually pick.
Scripted or non-scripted, it was pretty good romantic TV. If this show had been on Spike, they'd have had to have blown up the boat at the end just to balance out all the talk of hearts being captured and the kissing. And they may have had to garrotte the host, too.

Jack wanted a woman that needed protecting. Natalie definitely needed taking care of. Marissa could take care of herself.

.....I was reading the host journal on the TBS site ... http://www.tbs.com/stories/story/0,,34579,00.html and there's a part where JD says (when talking to Marissa) "...I ask her how she's doing, if she's going to be okay and she looks at me with that mischievous, Marissa smile and says, "Hey, I'm the boomerang girl, remember? I'll be back."
So ya Marissa's going to be just fine.

It's exactly like Ho Millionaire the first. Bad girl (he really likes) versus good girl (the network and the audience likes). They told him to pick the good girl.Zora from Millionaire claims the relationship went south because Evan admitted he really liked Sarah but was told to pick her.
Still, from what I recall of Marissa (I watched Eps. One and Two), I'm sure it made fairly satisfying viewing.
