Need some advice on gameplay here... The only other time I did a PTTE was Survivor and I didn't change it ever and landed in the middle.So, I never revised my list when Brittany went off the block. Do I receive points for that error yet? I think if I don't change, I would get the points based on when she does go out.
I had Paola going out 5, so I am guessing that I immediately have 3 points since she was just ousted.
Hmmm .... how many points for each revision?
I miss that Phanatic game where each week you just had to list four names!
This is why I don't gamble (even though it is now legal in my state).
Points only get doled out to the evictee and only when they get evicted from the show.
Compared between where they were on your list and when they were actually evicted is where the points lie.So far, only Joey and Paola have received points. (So whether or not you had Brittany where-ever on your list won't matter until Brittany gets evicted.)
Revisions are 4 points. So in the case of Paolas eviction I think you did great by NOT revising your list. You had her at 5th evictee, she was 2nd evictee, that equals 3 points.
Good to hear about Hamster Phantasy.
I was debating long and silently over which game to post this season; PTTE, HamsterPhantasy or the BBRAT? I decided that since there is usually a run-over of BB and the start of survivor, I would go easy on myself for BB.
Maybe next summer?

Oof... Tons of drama, last minute changes in strategies and, while I may be biased, a tragi-comic-typed ending.
While Nicole was HOH her target remained Zach. She even had everyone, including Zach's alliance-mates believing it in their best interest to dump @RanceyPants sooner rather than later. And I fell for it.
I was the only one to alter my PTTE list... again. And boy did I muss-up.
Congrats to Starshine, PersonofInterest and suzzee for not believing the hype and sticking with their Jocasta predictions.
BUT... then came the week-in-a-day eviction cycle and it began with the new (and temporary) single HOH.
Attached to this mid-episode change in leadership, I posed a question in hopes of handing out some free-edits.
mrc, suzzee and myself were the only one's to attempt a guess.
The only congratulatory sentiment for this free edit goes to... Me.
I guessed Caleb would win the short-lived HOH and therefore have been afforded a free edit.
(I promise, even with 3 more free edits, I wouldn't be able to catch up to any of you.)

Okay, Julie has said that on Thursday, 1 Houseguest will be evicted.
BUT that the current evictee AND the 3 previous evictees will all get a chance to re-enter.
Which, to us, means that 1 hamster will leave and 1 recycled hamster will enter.

What a last couple of weeks IRL. I've been having massive cable issues, finally got a tech out here and he tells me I have massive cable issues. Thanks dude. I was lucky to get internet a few hours a day but not all at once. Then my laptop decided to throw me a curve and I have a couple of keys not working. Of course it was the key I needed to sign in. So did the phone thing and changed it. GAH! I could tell you what keys they are but they don't work. Suffice it to say one key is needed to type the first letter of the striped horselike animal from Africa. wtf (those keys work fine, thank bob. The other is the forward slash. Hardly necessary for any web site typing, right. ugh. Oh and no question mark so I look like a grammar moron. Technology is driving me nuts.If that weren't enough I had two weeks vacation (now on last day) NOOOO! The Thursday before my daughter broke her ankle playing softball and the first week and a half was having her home and doing the mommy thing. She needed surgery and that all went well but seriously, I need a vacation from my vacation.
Now I'm waiting for a house phone service tech to track down the reason I can't get incoming phone calls. I don't know why I still have a house phone anyway but I do.
So, now that I'm done whining & such I'm ready to drink & finish up the BB season. Time for Survivor and a new batch of Idiots.

mrc, PofI and tribe (AGAIN) correctly guessed caleb's ranking, getting zeroes.
suzzee and starshine were both off by 1.

Hope the move went well
The eagle has landed. He is currently nesting comfortably in Weymouth, Mass. His actual nesting items do not arrive for a few more days. Which means even though I am on a computer, it is not mine and does not have the spreadsheets and graphics programs needed to wrap this sucker up.
I thank you for your patience and understanding through this time of great change. I only hope to measure up to the amount I feel I have to make up.
Well, the show is done and so is my move.
The results were predictable with the show, the results of the move not so much.
But I'm not here to recant the steps in the move but to present the results of the BB16PTTE.Victoria was our last evictee and with the last chance to edit the PTTEs pretty much everyone got a zero.
Then it came down to Cody or Derrick and since we all knew that in that situation Derrick would trounce his competition, we all again did very very well.What it came down to, in the end, was the FreeEdits, which left unused would result in -4 points for anyone who had one remaining.
How this all shook out is like so...

Congrats MRC (and suzzee, so close!).Kind of a predictable ending, but it is probably good that Derrick won since otherwise those pesky hamsters would have been taking all of that food out of his daughter's mouth!
