So maybe I wasn't listening or something, but I'm a smidge confused on the coup d'etat. When/if Jeff uses this power, does he get to put up a replacement nominee? Does he have to replace both on the block or can he just place one? Or is it Chima's choice to do the replacing?
Jeff's choice of new nominees, one or both nominees can be replaced, depending on his whims.
Also, he can't put up the HOH or the POV Winner.
The Coup d'etat enables Jeff to override Chima's nominations and put up one or two nominees of his own. However, he can't put up Chima or the Power of Veto winner (Kevin, in this case). He can only put up Jessie, Jordan, Michele or Natalie. And I think I know who he's going to put up.
Well, he could also leave Lydia or Russell as a nominee, but I doubt he'd do that.....![]()
Yeah, he could but I doubt he'd leave either one up as well. I think he's going to put up two brand-new nominees, and I have a good idea who they're going to be.
A couple of Athlete brats?![]()

Probably. I didn't like Ronnie & was happy to see him go. I don't like Chima & the Coup d'etat sabotages her week as HoH. I like that a lot.
America's vote for Coup d'etat was obviously very important but they wasted three weeks by asking us to vote for food to accompany slop. Those questions were so unimportant to me that I did not bother voting during those weeks.
thanks to all ya'll for 'splainin' things to me. i hope he uses it wisely - and puts up natalie and jessie!
