Ive been a die hard Idol fan since the beginning. However it's time for me to just turn the channel. After Carly was voted off, that was it for me. She sang better than most of the women on Idol in a long time. I know I, as well as most everyone i know voted for her like mad. I feel American Idol's voting system is a scam and that the producers and judges know who is going to win from the very get go. I'm sick of it. I dont care who wins at this point, because it is obvious that this is not judged on talent, but by the looks of faces and who might make more money being a poster child for A.I.
I don't know what is more depressing, our country going to crap with soaring gas prices, loss of homes, starvation, and lack of medical insurance.... or the fact that we as Americans would rather stick our ever widening backsides in a chair and get stupified by reality tv.
This is just an expression of my feelings, but WAKE UP AMERICA! IT'S TIME FOR A REVOLUTION! TO H*LL WITH REALITY TV!
