Rumor from some record industry folks in Hollywood is that Hicks copyrighted someone else's song as his own for his current CD. rumor also that Hicks was under contract with an agent during his competition on Idol which we thought is an Idol NO NO. Is Idol an honest show??? and is Hicks a law breaker. If true, they both should be outed. Authors have been ripped off for years by ruthless artists and agents and some game shows have been dirty. Is IDOL.???

Which song?
All three of his originals on the new CD were also on an independently released CD prior to his Idol stint titled "Under The Radar". Therefore, the three songs would have been released on two CDs under his name.
Don't you think "law breaker" is a bit strong wording?
