Mental note....Never go to Cleveland.

LOL. I'll join you in NOT going to Cleveland.

Poor Scot though. He looked like he was going to cry after Simon said pack your bags.

Was it just me, or was Scott running for political office?

And his mother was saying the same thing. And what was the deal with his father supporting him? Isn't it suppose to be disappointed in him?

Isn't his "story" that his Dad has never supported him? I was surprised to see his Dad on the family thingy and talking postively about Scott.

I will also be avoiding Cleveland if they all look like Scott.

I'm dubious about his "stories." Seems like he's saying whatever he thinks will get him votes.

What a strange song choice for him - no matter what his story. Wasn't it about a dead mother? Too odd after just watching a clip of his mom.

I was really hoping Scott's home story would show the county jail. I'm so disappointed. At the very least, his ex could've showed us where the phone hit her. All sunshine and happy faces from the land of a million Scotts.....

<Never go to Cleveland.

And if you do find yourself there with a lot of Scotts, remind yourself that his violence is under control - for the moment.

Everyone is entitled to my opinion.

Personally, I would never have let this guy into the final 12! His attitude and anti-social behavior in the Hollywood auditions were a good indication of what type of person he was. And his attitude hasn't improved...he is always back talking to Simon. That one night he cut Simon off and started mouthing off about "reality is...". Each week I am astonished that people vote for this guy. He's fat. So what. So am I. It's a competition for an American Idol....main ingrediant should be talent along with some stage presence and personality. He has none. If people are voting for this guy simply because he's fat and they feel sorry for him....get a grip! I think it is disgusting that someone with his attitude, domestic violence past, and low talent level have made it this far when more talented singers have been kicked off. It boggles my mind that he came in at least 3rd highest in votes this past week. Who is he paying to vote for him?

Some of my college friends did a riff on the "could be worse could be raining" thing with "could be worse we could be in Clevland".

Well one day they were on a road trip going through Clevland in a pouring rain.

Could be worse...um, oops, nope, this is the worst.

I was in Cleveland awhile ago, didn't see any Scott's there...it was wehn Cleveland looked like it was going to be doing so well. The river didn't catch on fire anymore, the riverfront was starting to get revamped. If it is full of Scott's I guess it has all been downhill since then.

I grew up in cleveland all my life. They have many different types of people. and yes many are like scott.. Which is not a bad thing, he messed up in his life but is getting it together.. God bless him. He hasa little boy who he is raising, and is trying to make best of what he has got. The typical sterotype of a "thug" should not be put on scott. He is what he is and how he grew up reflects on who he is today. I love scott, and im happy he is the one representing cleveland.. Hes our idol!! atleast he isnt fake and does not put up an act like all of the other phony people.
