i was shocked about Gust. I had a feeling he was gay, but hey what do I know I am a girl LOL.I do feel bad for Jackie though. She seems like a sweet girl. I hope she can read them better after some time with them.

If I had been Jackie, I would have gotten rid of Ryan for sure. If he is straight I will be very very surprised! You have to admit that Ryan's sexuality is very questionable!

more than questionable! if a guy spent our "swing date" (does anyone else see the other meaning to the fact that it could refer to which way you swing or is it only my over active mind?) telling me how he was NOT gay i think I would have to get rid of him anyway...just my opinion...i just don't think id like to sit there and be told constantly that the person I'm sitting with is NOT gay
I cannot believe that she kept Ryan! He would have been my very first pick as gay.Luciano is my second pick. I knew a terrific gay guy that that Luciano reminds me of.

I am also sort of surprised by her reaction to he twist. Her saying that the gay guys are just in it for the money, like the straight guys (and herself) are not. Sure there is a slim possibility that she will find love and live happily ever after. Yeah right.
I like this show! It kinda tests my skills to detect a gay person. But so far I haven't done too well. I thought that both of the guys she eliminated were more on the gay side but they were actually both straight....especially Gust, he looked a lot more gay than straight but I was off the mark. I gotta really think about the rest of them.
well, at least this show will prove that prob not all gay or straight people act a certain way...kinda interesting to see her reaction...
i think she'll have to think harder next time when eliminating people...the most gay acting ones are prob chosen because of that but are really straight to make sure she loses

Take a few weeks, get in touch and move on. It's OK. Hell, every time I watch the Bachelorette, I think, "That guy's straight?"
So, Jackie goes 2-for-2 on straight guys this week. Stereotype much? Makes me wonder just how many gay guys are involved? I'm gonna guess four, five tops. And I wonder if the producers are going to try to fix it to guarantee a gay guy gets to the finals ala Boy Meets Boy?
Love the bit where Jackie thinks no gay guy will kiss her. Most of the gay men I know weren't out all of their lives and had girlfriends in high school, etc.. Is it really a shocker to think they wouldn't have even had sex with a woman while coming to grips with their sexuality? But I do like her so far, even if she's very naive.
Oh yeah, and watching that guy's arm break while arm wrestling made me queasy! That snap was just nasty. Any catch who the guy was?
I kept hearing that snap for the rest of the night! This was me when they showed that..It totally brought back memories of when I broke my arm. I have a cyst in my bone that makes my bone very weak (as thin as an eggshell, the doc said) and one time I broke my arm doing a push up! Needless to say, I had a strange pain in my arm the rest of the night. That was just horrible. I don't remember who the guy was though. Anyone who taped it know?

No kidding about "feeling the pain" in that scene. I've never broken a bone and that "snap" sound and seeing his arm jerk like that gave me a severe case of the heebie-jeebies for the rest of the night!!!The reason I think Bradley’s gay is, although I’m not completely sure, I don’t think guys refer to a women's chest as a “rack” anymore. Edited to add...Sharif looks very familiar to me (like I've seen him on TV before). Does he look familiar to anyone else or is it my imagination? I think he’s straight but that cherry shirt is VERY gay to me! My teenage daughter said she wished she had a shirt like that.
Munson,I taped the show last night and I keep going back and watching that scene and it makes me shut my eyes to see his arm just snap like a twig! I can't make out who it is!
Growing up I did have a girlfriend and I had sex with her. However, I knew all along I was gay. I do have a friend that turns 30 later this year and he swears he has never seen a woman naked. Now, he says he has seen pictures of naked women but never been in a room with a naked woman!

After watching the show last night, here is my list of who I think are the gay guys:
Ryan, Bill, Bradley, Chad, Chris and Luciano, that would have made 8 straight guys and 6 gay guys to begin the show. Jackie then kicks off two of the straight guys thus leaving 6 and 6.

No, I don't really find them. I work for a large upscale retail firm and "direct, lead" a group of "fun" loving buyers who travel the world and visit / explore the alternative hot spots (usually on their free time) ..... One attended a party at a West Hollywood club Friday and I am reporting his findings and gossip.Other info and gossip (can't really verify) ---
Eddie is a regular at well known gay gym in South Beach.
Sharif and Chad are regulars at a leading "alternative" club in DC "the Velvet Nation"
Bradley and John maybe "good" friends ....
Off camera the boys were boys who just wanted to have fun ...
Bill is a model on a pay web site LaBoys ....
The BIG surprise is Ryan -- an unknown, or nobody is talking.
He may have won a dating contest with a girl in the Raleigh area. Can't connect with a Santa Monica restaurant -- unless he is hidden in a kitchen closet .....

I just thought of something. Do you all think that they have an equal number of gays and straights on the show? I was thinking maybe there are less gays than the straights just to make it a bit easier for her to choose from because it already is so hard for her to tell who is gay and who is straight...any thoughts?
Or maybe now that they are down to 12, there will be 7 gay guys and 5 straight ones left if they did put both in equal numbers.

FYI, I know him and Banks is NOT Gay. He was actually featured in Glamour or Madamoiselle (or one of those girlie fashion/advice mags) a few years back after dissing some girl who flew out to where he lives to see him after a hook-up during a business trip.He met this girl, had a fling, then on some lame pretense, she decided to fly to his home town to meet up with him a couple of months later and then he blew her off and lied about having a party to go to. She got her revenge by writing about him and posting his photo in the magazine. I believe the article had something to do with Men Who Are DAWGS.
Don't quote me on details of the mag, because it was around 1997 or 1998.
What a great second episode! I really enjoyed this episode but Ryan is too much of a drama queen to be straight! He missed his calling!Alex was so quiet we didn't really get to know him!
