How are they going to explain this house they are living in?
I mean a $20 million house. I f she was smart she would tell her friends and family that it is his and she is marrying him for his money.

The House is the set for the reality show they are in, the romantic show on which they met and fell in love. The culmination of that show is supposed to be the wedding. It's not his.
