The posts have stopped; the Contender forum has run dry.
I find it a bit sad really, we were such a close forum bunch, yet the glory of the season 1 posters seem to have past, much like Mike Tyson's career we have drifted out of our prime, a small part of us still holding on to the dream of greatness.

We had super stars like VFW, scribing lines of press about the show and delivering inside information on the scene.
We even had a chance to chat with a few of the celebrities from the show when Ishe Smith and Alfonso Gomez blessed us with their arrival. Now how many other forums can claim that? I bet not one…
And who could forget some of the brilliant blow by blows delivered to the board by some of the worlds most powerful and talented reality TV blow by blow writers.

Where do old forums go? Surly we as season 1 poster’s deserve a small place in the reality TV forum Hall Of Fame?
Perhaps one day they will make a reality show about us, and maybe, just maybe we will earn more than one season of posts.

Until than I will fight to keep the dream alive, those of you that know me, know that I will have no problem holding complete conversations with myself, and perhaps if you have the time, you will drop in and remind me to take my Lithium

Where were you the last couple months? THis forum has been dead. Even after ESPN announced their fighters you could hear crickets in here. I plan on posting about last nights show but haven't had the time yet too.

You sound like you were the most active poster there was. Then I look and you have a whole 7 posts including this one. I agree though we need more participation. Hope you stick around....give your opinions of the show.

Most of my posts were under my old nic, but you are right I have been gone since the end of season 1.

I have no excuses, please forgive me.

Alfonso Gomez had it going on with his forum but he let it go but the last time I talked to him he said he was making a come back to his forum and is going to revamp his site.

Ishe Smith hit off huge when he made his own forum. VFW can be found there. Sorry VFW did not mean to blow your cover ~

I got mine own site and forum too but I keep it tight and hate Manfredo fans ;) Their lies and ignorance are not welcomed.

Speaking of Peter, now that he is trying to fight his way out of his Contender contract don't be surprised if he updates his site and finally makes his own forum. He will have plenty of time for that since he won't be fighting in the ring any time soon.
