To me, it came across as 'I knew I wasn't going to win, but I really wanted to see what the excuse would be.' You could argue for him being the one contestant who showed up for the experience. After all, when one of your shows is directly called Bull@#$%!, why not go to the fount?

I found this week amusing when Trump said he wanted to fire Dayana but he couldn't because she did well on this task. He has fired people before based on overall performance - not just one task. Dayana isn't nearly as bad as everyone says, but Penn is much more valuable IMO.

Trump is coddling Dayana since she is a former Miss Universe and that contest is Trump's baby.Odds are she won't make Final 2
but Trump will make any plausible excuse to keep her since she can bring models to the tasks. In a word, The Donald is thinking with Little Donald in keeping her.
