I think that Trump is picking on Tarek because he's threated by the MENSA thing. On the commercial task his desision to use text instead of voice over was bad, but it's not what lost the task. I think that Trump relishes humiliating him.

Wouldn't it be funny if the others find out at the end that Tarek is Orlando Bloom faking like an American trying to get hired by Mr. Trump.....
