Before the boardroom, both Kevin and Kelly seemed to genuinely think that Ivana was a good player - Kelly even said that he thought she was better than Sandy or Jennifer.

I just saw this, though:

Jennifer = 1 win, 0 losses as PM
Sandy = 2 wins, 0 losses as PM
Kevin = 2 wins, 0 losses as PM
Kelly = 3 wins, 0 losses as PM

Ivana = 0 wins, 2 losses as PM

Isn't it obvious she's clearly not as good as the other four? I'm so glad Trump fired her - If he hadn't, I probably would have boycotted the remaining episodes.
