It seems to me that it's been a long time since I've heard what you people have on.

It also struck me as odd that I was wearing diamond earrings and a maternity track suit from Wal-Mart. Don't get me wrong; the track suit is actually very stylish (though I think the racing stripe is overkill). The contrast just seemed a little odd.

Are you a fashion DO or DON'T today?

Not actually wearing maternity panties, either.

I was wondering too. But did not want to ask.

Don't get me wrong.. I usually would at home, but I had to take the car in, so I'm wearing a white sports bra and navy bikini undies.

Doesn't it improve your day to know that?

I'm interviewing people today (if they show up of course...damn snow) so I had to dress nicely.

Black dress pants, black pinstripe shirt with a black 3/4 length sleeve sweater over the top and black boots.

I'm a fashion don't I think today..I woke up late and threw on the closest warm sweater I could find, which is bright lime green. I'm wearing khaki pants, so I match, but the green is a little bright, even for me. (But the sweater is sooooo warm.-And, yes it was a Christmas gift.)

I am currently wearing a chenile housecoat with a zipper down the front. It is baby blue, pink and has light green sleeves. My MIL bought it for me from QVC a few years ago and it is warm and comfy. I am wearing black panties, and gold earrings. No shoes because shoes in the house is wrong.

For work I am wearing an old pair of stretchy jeans that are way too large for me, and probably a black Nascar T-shirt. It's friday so we don't have to wear uniforms, and everytime I wear something cute to work it gets ruined. ( I have way too many bleach ruined shirts) I will be wearing my favorite purple panties , white socks and white safety shoes that are a size 10 because they didn't have a 9, but that's ok because my feet are probably a 10 by the end of the day anyway.

I can't believe I just confessed that I have enormous feet.

Fortunately, for me, the Coast Guard makes most of my fashion choices for me. During the work day, I'll be wearing a stylish work uniform that resembles a dark-blue gas-station attendant. The only thing that distinguishes me from the BP down the street is that my LAST name is on my uniform (as opposed to my first name in a sew-on patch), and that my "railroad track" rank insignia are on my collar. I'm SO ready for the Coast Guard to allow a camoflauge-style uniform for normal work.

Tonight, I go "70's retro" in my medium-dress uniform (Christmas party number 1 of the year). Dark blue, of course, is the only color for me. I get to accessorize with all sorts of stripes, ribbons, and buttons - but you just can't get over the fact that it's a single-breasted blue jacket, with 4 buttons that have to stay buttoned all the time.

No wild prom moments for me, dancing with the jacket twirling above my head, that's for sure!

"No wild prom moments for me, dancing with the jacket twirling above my head, that's for sure!"

I say you wear hot pink socks or something, just to be deviant under all that US-prescribed finery.

I am in my traditional black skirt, underwear included (only it's BF's because I punted doing laundry last night and didn't check the ole underwear drawer before making that decision), with my brown boots today for a splash of colour. I also have a sparkly "party" top, high heels and two other black skirts from which to choose in a bag under my desk for a dramatic into-a-nearby-phonebooth transformation into glittering society dame later on this evening.

Is owning seven black skirts really too much?

Black knit pants. Not the ones I wanted to wear, but couldn't find those. These have a texture to them. Not bad. I paid $1 for them when a store went out of business so I am getting my money's worth out of them today.

white t-shirt. I think it's Hanes. One of those tagless ones. Men's so it is nice and long because there is nothing worse than a fat girl in kniot pants with her butt showing.

Grey pull over sweater vest with white and black stribe across the chest. Not as long as I would like, but okay with a long t-shirt under it. I got it at KMart for $4 when they were going out of business.

White knit cardigan. This one I paid big bucks for...I think it was $12 at Sears. I got it to take to Paris. Anyway, it's cold here and I needed sleeeves. This solved that problem. I am very much a layered kind of girl.

My shoes are my greatest cause of concern. I have on white Nikes with white socks. I am not crazy about this with black pants, but since they are knit, I am pretending it is a sporty look. I was running really late and there were no other viable shoe options at that point.

My accessory is a silver charm bracelet with black Wildcat paw dangly charms on it. It's middle school homecoming week and we are the Wildcats, so I am trying to be school spirity.

Not my BEST clothing effort. Yesterday was MUCH better, but I'm not embarrassed to be seen in public, either.

Today, I'm actually not wearing navy blue!!!

I got on a tan Nike sweatshirt, and a pair of blue jeans. Not too exciting, I guess.

Half of the shirts in my closet are navy blue. It's really sad. Whenever I go clothes shopping, I naturally gravitate to navy blue sweatshirts and t-shirts.

I lvoe these threads! Black twill pants I charmingly refer to as "work pants" (too dressy for casual wear, too casual to go out in) with a light blue pullover V-neck two-fer sweater with satin collar and cuffs also in an icey pastel blue. I have on black ankle boots that I normally wear with jeans and don't look quite right with these pants but oh well. A black sweater coat (it's cold in here) and I have on a blue and silver necklace with a heart charm.

somewhere between a do and a don't. Great hair day though.

5) Blue and Orange Plaid w/ Clemson's Logo
6) Red and Black Plaid...Fleece!!! (And pockets, too...that's the problem with pajama pants...no pockets...I am forced to carry my wallet to class with me. )
7) Orange Longjohns (They sort of count!)
8) My Vegas Ones...they have Card Suits on them.
9) Orange with Black Ghosts

1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, and 9 all came from Old Navy...masters of the PJ pants! (And plus, I worked there, so I got a discount. Of course, I waited 'til they were on sale, naturally.)

Oh, my boxers also are from ON...blue and white plaid. I have come to the conclusion that guys only have two kinds of boxers...Fun and Plaid. Now, I have a solid pair, but it's the odd-man out. I have boxers with women dressed in seductive Christmas-wear, ghosts, penguins, and one pair with a rubber ducky (It says "Love my Ducky" on the elastic.)!

I may decide to change later, but not until lunch!

I am wearing black panties, bra and socks.

Over these I have on dark green sweat pants and a long sleeved, dark green knit shirt. With white tennies.

No makeup. No jewelry. Still working on my first cup of coffee. Hair is still wet from the shower.

I love these threads as well... so fun.

I am having a fashion DO day today, I think... I'll let you be the judge....

I have a silk button down shirt with a nice collar ( from Casual Corner). Color is orange, but let's call it pumpkin for today, mkay? My pants are a nice plaid (also from Casual Corner)... tan with brown and a hint of pumpkin (matchs my shirt). I have brown socks and my chocolate brown shoe boots on (given to me from my sister)which compliment the outfit very nicely. Pretty dressed up for a Friday.

and my undies? they match too... white and white.

Casual Friday here. Shortsleeve beige polo-style shirt w/ two buttons, top one open. Navy blue slacks with a black leather belt. Matching socks and Black leather shoes.

I've always been fashion-challenged. Should a man match his socks with his shirt color or pants color?

I've heard that a man's socks should match his belt. This is normaly the rule that I follow, and it tends to work.

Eg: black belt, black socks

Casual Friday...but my jeans didn't fit today because I'm - ahem - bloated.

Knee Highs with a constricting top band that is cutting off the circulation in both legs.
White bra that is losing it's elasticity in the right cup.
White undies. I just did laundry so I'm wearing the pair with the fewest holes.

On top:
Black dress pants
2 inch heels - black
Black short sleeve top with vertical stripe texturing
Silver hoop earrings
Silver hairclip

The crowning glory:
Cranberry chenille cardigan that is just the warmest frickin garment I've ever owned.

I have no fashion sense at all. I'm not color blind but I would guess that I'm fashion blind. Today though is casual friday so I decided to do jeans and an embroidered heavy set T. It looks much better than a regular T-Shirt not that anyone can even see it since I have a Hoodie (my roommate taught me that word) on over it.

Maybe one of these day's I'll find a nice lady to dress me. LOL.

You be the judge. I only issue fashion tickets to everyone else.

Large silver hoop earings, silver and pearl dangle necklace and bracelet.

White V-Neck long sleeve T-shirt. Tan suede jacket. Worn low rider blue jeans with flared legs bought in juniors department when I had my crisis about turning 30. (Heh...I might not be in my 20's anymore, but I can still dress young.) However, T-shirt is long enough to cover midriff, because (a) I'm at work and (b) I'm too old to dress young anymore. Tan socks. Brown leather loafers that are both (a) comfortable and (b) cute in an Eddie Bauer sort of way.

A Kittyloaf Original

Oh, and white silk bra and white silk bikini panties.

Besides, maturnity track suits are cute. If I were ever pregnant, I would live in overalls and track suits.

Currently I'm wearing a frown because I don't want to be at work. I want to be home.

I didn't want to scrape 6 inches of snow off my car at 6:30am and drive through icey/slushy unplowed roads to get to work. I'm the newbie at work, so I don't have any personal time to take off. There is less than 1/3 of my department here, and I can't get anything done because my lead is out and she needs to show me what to do.

So, here I sit, bored, grumpy and wanting to go home.

Oh yeah, NO ONE brought in cake either. What's the deal with that?

I wanted to wear my black pants today, but they're dirty, so I'm wearing a dark green jumper over a white ribbed shirt with long, fluttery bell sleeves. We weren't painting in class today, so I could get away with the bell sleeves for once. The jumper had to be repaired this morning because two buttons popped off the bottom (caused by me always sitting indian style.) As far as accessories are concerned, long dangly black earrings with a green bead at the end of each one, my necklace with my silver college charm (which I wear daily), my brand-new silver watch (fiance broke old one when he tried to tighten the clasp last weekend) and of course, my engagement ring.

A JSlice of holiday spirit!
