Kicked Berlin wall's ass.

Kicked Deficit's ass.

Kicked the USSR's ass so hard it disappeared.

Kicked a few other asses.

He was an ass kicking President.

And a nice guy.

And a Texan.

He was a great guy and he made us all kinder and gentler too. I ran into George at a Hunt Cup in Northern VA when he was head of the CIA. I also watched him dance at his Inaugural Ball. He was part of the Greatest generation and reminded me of my own Father. They don't make them like that any more. There's a huge difference between them and the new Milennials. Wonder what the world will be like 50 years from now ...

I watched "Remembering George H.W. Bush: A Love Letter to Gampy" on Dateline NBC last weekend, a nice insight to George as a President, a family man and friends with many, including those who were his former political foes.
