Dear Sirs, I deny knowing anything about the fraudster posting below, I'm never heard of him, never never never. And I'm pretty sure no one in Foonerville has either. Not really sure about Igor, he goes missing sometimes to perform extended Quality Assurance checks of his moonshine, but when he comes back it's pretty obvious that he really has been diligently checking his product. So it's not him either.

Actually, it's the Secret Service (not the FBI) who investigates counterfeit currency.
According to their web site, special agents investigate financial crimes such as counterfeiting of currency, false identification, credit and debit card fraud, computer fraud, forgery or theft of U.S. Government checks, bonds or other securities, telecommunications fraud, and certain other crimes affecting federally insured financial institutions.
