Hence it's very important to conduct a thorough inspection and identify the hazards that exist in your house, one room at a time. First of all, I think a fire extinguisher is very necessary for each house. As the kitchen is the place which has more possibility of catching fire, more care must be taken. Recently, I came across an article on security services (http://optimumsecurity.ca/uncategorized/house-fire-prevention-checklist/) that talks about having a house fire prevention checklist. It describes the tips to be followed in each and every part of the house to prevent fire accidents. I found it very useful.
