1. 95 degrees (F) or 5 (F) -- Reminds me of my days in Kuala Lumpur
2. London or Bangkok -- I've traveled to both cities and London is much more interesting (even if Bangkok's got the girls)
3. Florida Keys or Rocky Mountains -- High and high
4. Jack, Jose or The Captain -- Aye, aye!
5. Onion rings, Doreeetos or Poutine -- Always sub these in instead of fries when I can
6. Adele or Beyonce -- I don't listen much to either of them
7. Pharrell's "Happy" or Bruno Marz's "Uptown Funk" -- (Clap, clap!)
8. F-150 or Harley -- The man in me wants the Ford, the boy in me wants the Harley
9. Romantic dinner at home or Concert -- Better to be able to carry on a meaningful conversation
10. Party of 2 or Party of 10 -- The more, the merrier!

As an aficionado Of Indonesian fare, C is probably going to fete you with Balute in a cow blood sauce. With a side of puffer fish (maybe or maybe not with the liver removed. With his back alley chef trainee, it's a crap shoot, actually).

But, who knows you may just have fun and actually learn what that light at the end of the tunnel is.

(Stay tuned, C's going to try and tell you that Balute is Vietnamese, and Fugu is Japanese. So, you know, that probably makes it OK).

This is what we'd find in SE Asia. Straight up chilled coconut water in the husk. Spike it according to your taste, although it's refreshing straight up.

Balut, by the way, is a Filipino "delicacy". I've never seen it served in Indonesia, Singapore, or Malaysia (and I've never been to Vietnam). Pufferfish, on the other hand, is more a Japanese or Chinese dish.

A true Indonesian dish is "mee soto", something I've learned how to prepare. Goes well with some "satay" on the side.

"(Crap, someone's been watching)"
Posted by kingfish on 07-26-16 at 12:23 PM
We're just laying the groundwork for Fooner's presidential campaign.

Fooner, a man of the people, dancing chupacabras, and an aficionado of Moonshine whisky. His platform is to revive the American Spirit and make us gooder again. His experience as mayor of Sillyville USA shows his people skills, and his fanny patting friendliness is attested to by the Banjo Babes who wrote his theme song "You can never get drunk enough to forgive yourself if you elect Hillary or Trump". It's kinda of a long title, but the bass beat makes it swing, and there's lots of rhymes for Trump. Hump. Thump. Bump. Stump. Whump. and so on. So there's a lot of verses.

Like Trump, Fooner want's to ban aliens. Unlike Trump, he means non-earth aliens, and even then he's flexible if they happen to resemble Playboy bunnies and have mega-PAC affiliations.

Like Hillary, he's not Trump.

VP interviewees include Bebo, Fooner's current crush, a liaison which would be good for national unity (at least Fooner hopes so, wink wink), but he's open to Bribery, sexual favors, free whisky the wishes the people's choice in VPs (Or, - full disclosure - maybe an alien Bunny).

.
