A little better though. At least in our system, as a general rule once someone is acquitted, they stay that way. In Mexico, if you are arrested, you have to stay in jail until the case is settled. Generally no bail until you get your sentence (months later if you're lucky), and if it's 5yr or less you can bail out then.
I'm glad she was acquitted again.
