Two Senators.

One island.

No civilization.

No choice but to cooperate.

I predict they both die.

The GOP guy will win, demonstrating that sometimes it is handy to be a pro-gun non-vegetarian.

But he will soon die of starvation when his clear-cut farming policies kills the island's only coconut tree.

And they both die.

The outcome will be determined by which network airs it. Fox - republican wins and MSNBC - Democrat wins.

"Phil Robertson for Senator!"

OK. See. The plan is this.

Elect Homophobe Phil to the senate and put him on a deserted island. The twist will be that there will be no cameras. Just beach crabs and the odd tribe of cannibals.

And that it will be for life.

That's it. Simplicity. Solves his problem of being around gays, and everyone else's problem of being around him.

Apparently DD ratings have dropped since he began his anti-gay rhetoric, and this hopefully will finally put an end to that show.

I've barely heard of the aptly-named Jeff Flake -- except for his crusade against earmarks when he was in the House -- although his predecessor, Jon Kyl, was a big shot in the Senate. He hasn't made much of an impact in the past two years. And I've absolutely never heard of Martin Heinrich, although I'm familiar with the woman he defeated to win the Senate seat (Heather Wilson, the first female military veteran to be elected to a full Congressional term).

I also expect they'll both die -- from self-inflicted boredom. You couldn't find two more worthless senators if you tried.
