See just because you go and preach at large groups that are trying to ensure there is societal/government sanctioned discrimination written into the law doesn't in anyway mean that you would ever have anything against any individual the reality TV show would have you helping. Why they went for a show on a channel that tends to be on the we tolerate everyone but bigots end of the scale I'll never know. And they don't understand why people who tolerate everyone else won't tolerate them not tolerating people, but only on a society level, really, they got nothing anyone we could use to get more attention, at least while they are standing right here.

In other news, if the agenda is as powerful as proclaimed the new Clerk of Deeds for Orange county will get a show on every channel. State laws be damned he's going to start issuing marriage licenses to same sex couples. Heard an interview and apparently at some point someone got "uphold the Constitution of the USA over state and local laws" clause into our rules for people who are elected documentation and he says based on the rulings of the Supreme Court he can't not issue the marriage licenses to any same sex couple that asks for one.

Jindal on Saturday decried “another demonstration of intolerance from the entertainment industry” in HGTV’s cancellation of a reality TV show about flipping houses .. according to excerpts of the governor’s prepared remarks. “Think about that for a minute. If these guys had protested at the Republican Party Convention, instead of cancelling their show, HGTV would probably have given them a raise.” ..

.. the cancellation is further proof of what he described as the left’s “war on religion.” The Republican governor added, “Under the Obama regime, you have the protection of the First Amendment as an individual, you see – but the instant you start a business, you lose those protections.”

But if they decided not to allow someone to run under the GOP banner because that candidate was gay, that's okay, right?
