I tried to get into the other bar. The one at myinfochat. It is broken. I get this message

Bad Gateway

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

Now where are we supposed to chat??

Huh, front page of the place opens.

But each room gives me an error. May be something temporary. Webby did add a chat back to this site, maybe we will have to use that. I don't like that it keeps all the sessions up so anyone can read whatever people said before.

I've run into a few interesting people on the web. That anyone that isn't even part of this site can go there and read everything just bothers me. I mean I know people in a chat room can screen cap or save a transcript and send it to other people to use against me, but when it is permanently accessible to anyone at all I feel like I can't talk as freely as I can when it is a small group of people I've come to have some level of trust with.

ETA: From the transcript that is up it does seem like people are finding the chat from other places, even though I'm not sure there is a link on this site. It may be listed on meebo or whatever the site that runs the chat rooms is called.

I did find the bar linked here, but was confused by it. Plus I was all alone in there, and got scared.

Well I popped in a couple of times and didn't see you. But I'm headed off to bed now. I'm guessing the other site may be having a server that needed a reboot or something, it may just be for awhile.

Whatever was wrong with myinfochat, they seemed to have fixed it. As of this post, I got into the sports/recreation room. However, it's way too early in the morning for me to be in there (not too many else awake), so I'll check again in a few hours and let you know.
