Apparently just about that phallic. 'I cannot beat Batman with my riddles -- so I will destroy him with my giant genitalia substitute!' (You know, I can sort of see Heckboy going in this direction five years from now..) The placement of the missile launcher is unfortunate at best and a giant raised finger to the parents of America at worst. Probably both.
