So it still is just four episodes, but the last one will be a double-size two hours, with 5 finalists still in it entering the 4th episode:

NBC will air the two-hour season finale of “Average Joe: Adam Returns” on Monday, April 5 (9-11 p.m ET), in which series star Adam Mesh chooses the woman who has captured his heart from among five finalists.

Mesh, who faced rejection before nearly 20 million viewers in the finale of “Average Joe,” became the real winner of the series when an outpouring of affection from his fans greeted him following the finale. So overwhelming was the fan response that Mesh returned to Palm Springs to become the center of his own show, taking the lead in finding romance from among 19 women vying for his affection.

In the season finale, Mesh first must narrow the field from five to two in a heart-breaking elimination ceremony. Then, the final two women are treated to a glimpse of Adam at home with his family when they travel with him to New Jersey to meet his parents. In the end, Mesh must bring both women back to the airplane hangar where he was sent packing nearly a year ago to face them both as he makes his final decision.

Yeah, I'm real excited about the finale. I think I'm gonna drink like 20 beers in preparation. Hopefully he will follow his heart.

I would LOVE to see a final twist where he gets to keep BOTH of the final two girls!

Now THAT would be fun to write about!

That would be a hoot. They are in the hanger, Adam tells each girl seperately that he has chosen her to vacation/whatever with. They prepare to board the plane, each girl says goodbye/consols the other girl not knowing that the three of them are all going away together. The looks on the faces of the girls when they realize the arangement would be priceless. Cutaway to Adam who justs shugs his shoulders and says he decided to keep both of them.
