On the previews for next week, who is the guy who's crying? It doesn't look like any of the Joes. Could it be Michael, or is it one of the hunks? I'm so confused.

So, I checked out the NBC website, and I think that the guy who was crying was Theo. Why would one of the hunks be crying? Did someone call him stupid?
