I was so disappointed to see Niambi smoking. I don't understand why an athlete would do that! I know she's "retired" but I thought she might have more respect for her body. I was shocked and just wanted to vent!

Well, this is the real world and Niambi has no self-control over her life. I am not shocked at all that she is smoking. It is a nasty habit that is easy to get hooked on and hard to get off of. She has an addictive personality.....An addictive person is one who has a compulsion to behave in ways that are detrimental to their interest.

Very true...it's an easy thing to start and a hard thing to stop....

I was a bit saddened too though...her body is amazing on the outside, it's too bad she's doing something so damaging to the inside....

maybe when she gets stronger, she'll see that *fingers crossed*

Yes you would think a former track star would know better. But a grown woman should also know better than get herself stuck in some affair that's going no where fast. It's a shame how she treats herself both body and mind.
