Would anyone else like to know how Karen is? she was the one who went into alchohol treatment rather than graduating. They brought back Sommer, it would be neat to at least have a one day visit to see if she beat the addiction(s).

I don't think there's much chance of any follow-up on Karen. She's probably even changed her name by now.

Karen from season one did graduate and is doing great as I understand it. As I remember alcoholism wasn't one of her issues.

There was a karen last season that was an alcoholic. Remember her staggering around in her granny panties? I believe she left to go to a treatment center.

There are a few pictures of her with Lynell on http://thelchain.com. Many people insisted that was Karen from season I. Including myself. And, others that it was last season's Karen. So, to settle the argument, I emailed Lynell. And, got an immediate response. It was Karen from last eason!

No, they are talking about Karen from Season 2 - the one with Tess...
I would like to know what happened to her. I hate how they bring these people out and we get all involved in their stories and then *POOF* they are gone, and we don't get an update on the web as to what happened, where did they go, etc.

This Karen of last season had an affair and she let her hubby find out and her daughters were absolutely disgusted by her. She was pretty out there and then she started drinking and taking prescription pills and they had to ask her to leave at graduation time and they took her to rehab at the end of the season.

I think the show owes us an 'update' - did she finish rehab? Is she ok now? Just general stuff.

They are playing the repeats of that season now, its at the part now where Tess wants to leave the house and she called her husband to tell him..Karen is on this show and she is wacky as heck. She looks so "Disheveled" , she looks a mess

Yeah it would be nice to get an update. I mean the whole point of the show is to show all the steps they take to get their lives back on track. I know they couldn't show a rehab, but a follow up visit to the house would be nice.

It was clear to me that Karen needed more help then they could give. Dr Stan the man called her on the attention seeking right off the bat. Letting her kids find her nudie pictures is a cry for help if I ever heard one. She was so loopy with them and her husband not getting that they weren't ready to forgive her yet made me wonder what else she had pulled on them. This must of been the straw that broke their backs.
