I am surprised that they are keeping Jill in the SO house while she searches for her father. Is anyone else completely not interested in Jill's search for him?
I found myself fast forwarding through most of yesterday's show during those segments. I was thinking that Jill was just about to graduate, and now they have dredged up another issue for her to resolve. I don't recall it being one of the reasons why she came to the SO house.
Her father knew about her and never expressed an interest in being a part of her life, nor has he ever looked for her in the last forty years. Jill also did not seem to previously express a big interest in finding him. Not that I don't see any benefit to it, but I am surprised that they are going in that direction with her.

I've been doing that whenever Jill is in confessional or having a one on one. Booooring.

SO really doesn't seem to have a handle on what the viewers really want to see this season at all.

If I'm not mistaken, I think this storyline about her father came up when they were discussing intimacy...And somewhere doing all of this, Jill stated that her problems with intimacy came from not knowing who her father was and why he never seem to want her...

This season of SO has really been BORING....

i found Jill's comment in the first letter "dear sperm donor" was very funny, other than that i don't think finding this man will make any difference to Jill, i don't see a loving reunion taking place. however, i'd like to see them send Jill on a date, that could be worth watching.
