Does anyone know who got kicked off on Episode 3, (aired on Tues September 16) and how did it conclude? Did Kip get thrown off? Please give us some details!!!

Earl, the military guy, was voted off. What was a slight goof was that they showed previews of next weeks show before they did the voting off ceremony. In the previews, you could tell who was missing so the surprise was spoiled.

That was what sparked the crying. I'd rack up the "why" to the emotion of the eviction and to the pressure that Schmo feels he is under.

...and he got kicked off for no apparent reason. Usually the players base elimination on personality, behavior or strategy. This should have been a red flag to Matt.
