It airs every Tuesday at 9:00pm you ding bat. I wasn't on the show, but I have a neighbor that was. He wrote a post using my log in name, but he is off shooting a film now. I swore not to say who he was, but I think that he was the funniest one on the show... if that helps at all.

you better reprogram your TIVO dude, or you will miss one funny as hell episode. BTW, not the gay guy, although he is also very funny. Maybe I am biased, but I will no longer speak of this.

Who is your favorite character, and who is your least?

The best "reality" show yet.

LOVE the show. I actually like the double level of "reality" and I'm most interested in how the actors relate as human beings to their parts and to Joe. Its almost a problem that they all like him so much... kind of like a Stockholm syndrome: they are focused every day, every minute on him: who he is, what he does, how to appear to him. Since they are all very empathic people I think they are likely to identify totally with him which could be a problem...

Watched it and said, "Oh, this is bad, soooooo tacky." I'm watching it to see the ending and Matt's reaction.

I cannot stand "The Hutch." Why does he have to refer to himself as THE Hutch - which lends you to believe he has psych problems because he has to refer to himself in the third person all the time. He's just a raunchy mega-A*SH**E. He didn't even run to wash his hands after giving Joe Military a foot rub. It's gonna give him a case of the root rot if you know what I mean.

I like the buddy guy the best. He's seems the most sane/normal and a good sport, funny.

Of course he'd be the most sane of the group! He's one of the writers!

One of the writers, really? That's interesting.

I liked the 2nd episode at first, but by the time it was finished I felt like the whole experiment is fairly mean. I bet Schmo will be disappointed, at first anyway, by the fact that his new friends are a bunch of characters. I would be.

I like the Ashliegh and Hutch characters the best right now.

I'm sure his "real deal" personality isn't too far removed from how he is on the show regardless of what he says in the confessional.

And "The Hutch" wins the Oscar....Glad he's convinced you.

Funny thought. Can you visualize these people on the red carpet in March?

Not really. The red carpet isn't for D-rate reality show actors.

Hopefully "CantStandToLook" heard that. I suppose he's claiming to be "The Hutch"?

I'm not sure why everybody is bashing the actors. First, I think they are funny as hell, second, Matt is totally convinced that they are real people. Remember folks, they can't get too crazy and out there, or Matt will catch on... but they can't be too real, or else people wont be entertained. It's a pretty fine line that I personally think they are walking quite well. Especially if you consider that probably only 20 percent of their day is actually being shown. What I mean by that is they must have had a lot of quiet time around Matt where they had to stay in character, camera or no camera. The fact that he is buying it is testament to their acting ability. My 2 cents.

Hint: The original forum that spawned all of this stuff is SurvivorBlows. Obviously, we don't take things seriously around here.

so I finally saw ep 2, since my TiVO missed it last week (bad TiVO, bad, no thumbs-up for you) ...oh man, I keep liking this more and more every week. it was less "exciting" this week, imho (the ending was a little weak with the hot tub stuff) but on the flip side, I think the in jokes/whole self-referential stuff is just getting better. the whole "there is something special about you" bit at the end was great... yeah, you're the only one who isn't in on the joke!

molly screwing up her story about her family was a little silly; it was difficult to tell how everyone was reacting because the editing chopped it a bit, but really folks, can't they come up with a slightly-less-dramatic way to act when someone drops something? the producers should prep them: "look, we have seen that we're going to make little mistakes and so far this hasn't been a huge deal, so don't everyone freak out and go quiet when something gets off track... just smile and improv and matt will never guess." --which has been the case thusfar. the actors are superfreaked about messing it up but matt thinks he's 100% in the game, and that's all he seems to be thinking about: getting along, being a good tv character and "strategizing" (though, interestingly, they are so not dwelling on HOW he's "playing" the game... he must be doing something, right?)

anyhow, looking forward to more and bigger drama.

oh, and I LOVE when the actors leave the room from matt and then wink at the camera and crack up. the whole dr. pat thing was awesome, the actress was so great, just making stuff up that would be fun... and the challenge game! oh! the eating the carrot from between his legs... I mean, could it be more embarassing and silly? so funny, since it's all a big wink-wink joke for everyone but him.

loving ralph the host more and more. hope they give him more chances to be smarmy and pompous.

can't wait to see the next eviction, the tease for it looked good, but even moreso, just looking forward to the silly-ass ceremony again.
