I'll cut Naturman some slack. 
At the risk of offending people, I did not laugh once during Dan's act. He is NOT funny. There were some other performers that I thought should have gone through but certainly not him and certainly not after I saw his poor loser skills in action.
Why would you not thinking Dan is funny offend people?

Picture this. You are being judged on something and you see a panel of 4 judges in the audience. You do your thing, get a standing "O". They pick the top 5 and you arent in it. "Eh well I guess they didnt like me." THEN 3 of the 4 "judges" come back stage and tell you they had you ranked #1 on their lists and that the show is rigged.
Would you not get a tiny bit pissed about that?His "poor loser" skills took place after he was told that the judges ranked him #1 and before they found out that "other people" were "voting". I for one don't blame him for being angry, the talent was lied to just as the "judges" were.

First I didn't find him funny at all. His set, in my opinion, was rote and uninspired. Humor of course is subjective. I know many people who do find him funny...my husband for instance (who should know funny...he's been in the business for 20years) thought he was good. Eh...my taste differs, I didn't like him.
Second, he was a whiney baby about the whole judging thing. Okay so he found out the 4 celebrity judges ranked him first but that 4 unseen judges made it so he didn't enter the house, Suck it up dude. Look into the camera and say..."it sucks...it really sucks...I really wanted this and to know that the celebrity judges wanted me but the 'network' didn't is a pisser. But I'm also a professional...I'll move on..."
To refuse to "have anything to do with this bullsh*t" showed his true nature. A "I deserve to have this handed to me on a plate" 'tude leaves me cold.

Just to be fair (and give him the benefit of doubt)... I think he was a victim of editing. Who knows how long the producers (or just the camaraman) had been proding him for a quote. Well, they got one! We only got to see a snippet of what could have been hours.....Comedy is very subjective. You are definitely entitled to your own opinion.

Gosh, I have to say the more I learn about the editing process, the more I am reluctant to believe anything I see. I was also immediatly turned off by Dan's attitude. I did think he was funny enough though. Also can someone tell me what I missed that gave the impression that he was the judges first pick? Did they actually say that?

Reality New Online has a first person story from someone who was in the audience at the Paris Casino for the entire finals. She wrote that Naturaman "killed" and got a spontaneous standing O from the audience. She also wrote that Todd Glass and Bonnie McFarland bombed, and that both Dans should have replaced those two in her opinion and that of her friends. The tv audience saw but a snippet, but I disagree with Misto, both Dans should have got in.

If three judges came up to you and said, your the best, youd think youd deserve it. But to then give your house to some cicilian or some guy whos good at smoking, it'd p*ss me off.
