There was a guy named frank (he was a big guy, dark hair) and he was from waltham, ma he got into the top 40 but not top 20... any1 remember his last name? thanks

Yup, Frank Santorelli. I saw him several times when I was a comedy groupie in Boston about ten years ago, and, damn, he was funny. That straw bit always had me spitting my drink out. (He was thin and cute then, too.)

That was Frank Santorelli. He was so funny, I cried laughing. As soon as he *wasn't* chosen, I remembered how rigged the show is. I haven't learned my lesson - I kept watching the show!
