Oh, I think it must be Bobby Collins... although I haven't seen him in a long time. I used to love Eddie Murphy's stand up stuff too! Of course George Carlin as well.

Mine was the spanish dude who's first name was carlos and had a special on hbo but i can't remember his last name though. He had a routine about black people working at taco bell and spanish people working at kfc.

First off, a couple of you are right! Ellen is hilarious!Probably though, Adam Sandler is still my favorite comic. Although, his stand-up isn't the best. For stand-up, there are so many I like, it's hard to pick just one. Rodney Dangerfield, Eddie Murphy, Dave Chapelle, Chris Rock, Mitch Hedberg, Russ Neagle, Sinbad.....I could probably go on for a while longer....
But, don't hate me for saying this, but I will give out my favorite stand-up comic award based on the best on-stage perfromance I ever saw! I was reluctant to shell out money to see this guy, but I literally almost died I laughed so hard when I went to see this guy. I've see him a couple of times sense and he doesn't seem to come up with a whole lot of new material, but his basic set is probably the best I've ever seen. If you haven't seen him do stand-up in a while, you should check him out! The guy's name is CARROT TOP!

I've even heard comedians rave about how fabulous his stand up routines are. Each show is different, he never pays attention to the time, it's all just spontaneous. It's great. He's such a true talent.
That said, my favorite comedian from LCS, is Ralphie May, I can't believe he didn't win. I think he's a good comedian, but I don't think he would be very nice off the stage. He looks like he could be a little tempermental.
