"SurvivorBlows... It's Time to Vote! Episode 6, Joe Millionaire"

Posted by PepeLePew13 on 02-10-03 at 06:31 AM
We're now down to two lucky (unlucky?) ladies vying for the charms of Evan and for the right to marry him. It may be revealed tonight (Feb. 10th) or not until next week's finale, but let's go ahead with the vote. The vote will run until the start of tonight's show.

IN YOUR POST:

First, delete the "SurvivorBlows, It's Time to Vote!" in the Subject line.

** Then replace it with the name of the girl you think will get selected by Evan to "win" it all. **

The two girls remaining at the start of tonight's show:

Sarah
Zora

In your message box, feel free to offer up any speculation, reasonings or comments.

Rules:

1) Please keep it neat -- delete the subject line and only put in the name of the girl you think will get booted.

2) Reply ONLY to this post! Curves on women are good. Curves on vote threads are bad.

3) THIS IS NOT A DISCUSSION THREAD! DO NOT TREAT IT AS SUCH! There are plenty of places on this board to debate the merits of other people's arguments. Let's keep it out of here, please.

4) Add your congratulations to Silvergirl for her rockin' summary here, too!

5) Have fun!

Zora wins it all... but is in truth the big loser BECAUSE she wins it all!

I still expect the double twist somewhere along here.

Not sure if they will even reveal the girl he chooses but if they do, I think he should pick Zora, and that he will pick Zora.

We are using the loosest interpretation of "win," aren't we?

Evan picks her. But, like the rest of y'all, I wouldn't exactly call it winning.

Following the established Cinderella fairy-tale storyline... Completely implausable and ridiculous! Poor, poor Zora.

Ditto on the reasons and predictions.

Hmmm, let's see, do I watch Joe Millionaire or the Westminster AKC Dog Show? What's the difference really?

Because Zora's not after the money. Did you see Evan's pained expression when he was forced to watch Sarah's fetish films on Extra?

* Not this week. Next week.

Evan will choose Zora to confess to. I don't think he'll propose. If he does, she won't accept. If it's a lesser commitment, she will.

I'm not smart enough to see any kind of twist, but most everyone else has been speculating about one, so I guess I'll just have to watch to find out.

I think this week will be all about the revelation of Joe Not-Really-A-Millionaire. I want them to start bringing back the eliminated girls to hype the 'betrayal'. I mean, there has got to be a lot of trash talk & reaction to the revelation. I don't see Sarah & closed-mouth Zora providing enough exciting reaction, so bring back the discarded whores!

Maybe a cliff-hanger this week, with the actual choice deferred to next week? That does seem like too much messing with the show's very successful format.

Not to be a sheep, but Ewe know what I mean. I don't think he will pick Sarah. He will go with Zora and I think its been heading that way for quite some time.

Poor Zora.

I think Zora will be Evans pick....Sarah is the kinda girl that you sneak into the bushes with.....Zora is the type you take home to mom.

I still am looking for a big plot twist here...I just hope we all aren't "over thinking" it.

I was tempted to vote for Sarah here, just to be different, but then I decided, why waste a vote when we all know it's Zora?
It's Zora for all of the reasons stated above.

The show seems to have been edited to make Zora seem like the fairy tale choice. It started when she was last to get a dress that didn't fit. And it has been played out just like Fox wanted it to. With the evil stepsisters (or smokers) chatting against her and calling into question her innocence and goodness.

Zora gets picked. But I'm not sure getting Evan is being a winner.

With the potential new spoiler that Evan tells both girls about his true background, I'm thinking that he decides on Sarah first but after talking to both girls and seeing Sarah's response, he ends up picking Zora in the end at the official rose ceremony.

It's the only way that I think a "twist" can come into place. I've heard the arguments that Zora might have a twist of her own (i.e. she's rich), and while I agree that could happen, this new scenario above could also take place.

cuz I saw it in "The Globe" (which some might refer to as a "tabloid"), which is (IMHO) just as reliable as the "Weekly World News" .

I've got to ditto everyone else's choice and reasoning. I think they've edited Sarah too poorly for her to win.

Note to Zora: Next time, try one of the reality shows that offers you ca$h if you win. On most shows, Evan isn't worthy of being even a consolation prize.

He likes neither one but the producers think they will get a better reaction by telling Sarah

I'll tell you who isn't going to win...ME. Could somebody please remind me why I'm watching this trash again? I guess the plots of "Raymond" and "Still Standing" have become too hard to follow...

In a shoking twist, Evan picks...himself!!! And as he looks into the camera all teary eyed, he confesses that "the person I had the most trouble lying to was myself. So, I pick me, and hope I can forgive myself".

Aaah, reality tv at its best!
