"Sarah's "sock"job. Was she tricked?"

Does anyone else think the producers totally baited Sarah into giving that interview where she downplays the bushes incident? They of course, knew, at this point that they had hilarious footage of her with Melissa that the overhead camera caught.

So they interview her after the show, like everyone else, after the bushes episode airs, so she thinks that's all they have on her. Of course she can downplay it! Then, less than an hour later they play her "sockjob" confessional to Melissa, removing all doubt.

Now that is great manipulative television!

Keep in mind that this is the woman who claimed that she thought her bondage stuff was only going to be for still photography use -- despite the presense of video cameras during the filming.

She's clearly not the brightest bulb in the box...

On all of the reunion shows (like last week's Bachelorette reunion) people try to downplay or explain away their embarrasing mistakes on the show. The Producers get a kick out of reminding everybody how it really was.

Sarah and Melissa were always catty and they were really catty after Evan let both of them go last night.

The producers worked this angle. Those two women could get catty about everyone and everything. Knowing the camera was on them. Can you imagine what was said off camera?

I don't think she was tricked. I think she knew the camera was there, just did not care at that point.

But she was trying to hide the "job" actions behind her sock. This was shot from above, which makes me think that she thought she could hide that action from a camera to her side.

I noticed that but she was trying to whisper too. So this leads me to think she knew the camera was there and did not really care too much.

If she was that worried about it she would have made darn sure the camera was NO where around.

Then again who can explain either of these two?

I agree that they knew the camera was there. However, I don't think either of them knew how far the other had gone until that moment. The look on Melissa's face said it all.

I don't think she knew the camera caught the sock action gesture at first. When she realized it she came back and made sure to say to Melissa "you know the kiss" but it was too late.
