"So who do you want to win ?"

So who do you want to win ? and who do you think will win ? I think he'll choose Cat. Linda came back too late and doesn't seem to want to put out like Cat does Both are kind of hard to figure out. Cat is either just shy or really stuck up. I'm not sure why, but I like her for some reason

I agree, I think Cat will win. I dont think Cat is stuck up although some could get that impression, and this is just my opinion. I just think she wants to stay focused and not get caught up in the melodrama that the others insist upon. The decission to bring Linda back was very dissapointing, especially this late in the process. Surely some of the other women feel they should be given a second chance. Should they be allowed back in? I think Linda has a big insecurity issue. Whats with busting his balls for kissing the other women? Anyway I liked the way Cat has ignored all the insults directed at her, she didnt retaliate and she didnt whine. I find that refreshing.

I don't care,
but
I don't want it to be Linda - she's too good for him.
She should be a Princess.

Oh, I think that they should pull in Melana from Avg Joe. They'd make a good couple.

I feel like I'm supposed to like Linda, but the giggle is driving me up the wall. While she would probably be the best choice for Young David (and is less likely to rip his head off when the Big Lie is untold), I prefer Cat.

Can't really see Cat at Home on the Range on $20k/year, though.

I'm guessing Linda will win as an "underdog" based on last night's editing. But I was spectacularly wrong in my guesses last week (why I only LURK at Survivor Spoilers), so don't listen to me.

I will definitely have to say Cat. At first I liked Linda the best, but she is far too wimpy, and also, where does she get off grilling him about kissing all the other women, when she chose to leave? So was she expecting him to just pine away for her for the duration of the show? Kinda seems a little psycho. I think Cat is too good for him though, and I doubt that she will take him when she finds out he has $20 in his wallet.

Welcome to the Survivorblows Ricky, Christophe and Motorkitty!

-I have to agree with Angelfood (I find myself doing that more and more lately) that I really don't want either girl to win. I like Linda, but she kinda annoyed me last night-I can't put my finger on why she did, but she did. I think he's going to choose Cat, and then get dumped when she finds out that he's not a millionaire...but then again, she may want of Germany so badly that she doesn't care about the money.

I think Cat wants the $80 million. She's a DJ from Germany. I can't imagine her going down on the farm in a million years.

I think that Linda would suit him better BUT she's probably got a whole family to support back home and won't be able to do that on $20,000 a year, either!

Petra was the only one I could imagine who would take him up on it.

Either way, it's a lose-lose situation!

Does anyone else think it's tacky the way he keeps suggesting to the girls he eliminates that he should keep in touch??!!

I think Cat would be up to "going down" anywhere lol. Just kidding.

I think you are right Cat would NOT live on a farm on 20K a year. Linda might actually be the better match for him in that case. I don't know though, I really like Cat. Some think she comes across as stuck up or rude, but I think she may just be being herself and she's not putting on as much of an act as the other girls did.

I have a hard time believing that any of them would want to go back to Texas with him without the money.

"how do you define "winner"?!?"
Posted by badger on 11-18-03 at 07:11 PM
how do you define "winner" in Joe Millionaire?! aren't the winners really all the women who DON'T get picked by this idiot? i must say, everytime i found myself rooting for petra, i had to remind myself i actually wanted to see her go (tho' i bet she was sad not to get the diamond bracelet.)

i think that david will inevitably pick linda. much like zora, she has refused to "put out," which makes her the "good girl." cat, on the other hand, much like sarah, is a "bad girl" and must be punished (which, in my twisted logic, would mean MAKING her live with poor ol david, but i digress. . .)

each week, we have seen women get booted once they go behind the Closed Hotel Door of Implied Sex. (except cat, of course). david shut the door on anique, and i KNEW she was a goner. he disappeared behind the curtains with petra, and BAM, adios sweetheart.

i do wonder if there is a "surprise" in the final episode. fox is betting we won't guess how it turns out. (yeah right).

maybe it won't matter that david's poor because the woman he chooses, we discover, is unfathomably rich?
maybe linda runs off with paul?
maybe she runs off with cat?
maybe they bring back olinda in her gladiator outfit and she stabs them all?

or maybe (even likely?) the woman won't come downstairs and our poor pathetic cowboy will end up alone, with only hurricane after all.

what a dissapointment that 'twist'. Linda is way out of touch with her current reality. Instead of trying to catch up on the love front - she is giving our joe 'twisted' signals. i admit towards the end of 2nd hour - i could not stand that looser.

david - man is crushed - italy has finaly spoiled him. hair is straight out of the haystack, yes sa', and forget about the shave, no ma'm. how'bout that $1000-chain-belt from the medieval torture chamber! this man needs a retreat, or something, on the ranch to get his brain together. paul, give this stud viagra! i give him a credit though for realizing that Anique's flying lessons might be a tad too pricey later on. and good for his being able to graciously kick out the filming crew - at least our joe could have some needy rest with a lady friend.

and, man, what have you done with Petra? as soon as she said - 'i think i'll get you the cheap sandals' - i thought - that't it - a match made in heaven. seriously, Petra camps, 'the village is in her', AND she knows how to pray at the table! unfortunately, david has fallen for Cat. his body language towards Petra (as well towards anique) indicated that this joe and his peter was not highly physically attracted to her. stupid elimination swap of linda and petra. i hated it.

Cat will stay #1 on David's list. good game kitty. unfortunately - drumroll please
- the manly voice sez - IT'S NOT WHAT YOU THINK
- so she has to dump poor cowboy, because cat acts as if 'i don't play these stupid games'. ha ha

lol They should make alternate endings and release them on dvd with unedited footage. I would pay to see Olinda come back in her gladiator outfit and stab them all. I don't know if I want to see a David + Hurricane ending though. It wouldn't be fair to Hurricane

I want Cat to win. She's played the game for all she's worth and said herself last time she was trying everything & anything (I don't have an exact quote here but that's the gist of what she said.)

Linda is a complete idiot. I have no idea why David is so hot for her.

Besides, I think Cat would be more interesting to watch when David reveals his true finances. It would be fun to see her lose her composure and get real for a change.

Don't ask me why. I guess I kind of like her b!tchy attitude, and I can't stand pathetic Linda.

So I hope Cat wins, but dumps his ass when he tells her about the money.

Just feeling malicious today.

I like Cat, too! I don't know why. I can't decide if the producers are trying to make her a sympathetic character, or if she really didn't deserve the treatment she got from the other girls. I also thought it was great that she stayed all night on the camp-out.

Linda is annoying with her silly giggle and her assumption that David is in love with her.

Were there people who liked Sarah last season? I don't remember anyone liking her.

So, I hope he picks Linda and she walks out on him when she finds out he doesn't have $80 Mil. Cat has taken enough punishment already.
