There was a power failure here last nite and even though it only lasted seconds, it completely messed up my recording. I started to watch earlier today and was utterly lost. I thought maybe they were starting with a twist and then would go back in time to show us the events that lead to that twist. It took me about 15 minutes to realize that I missed the first hour and 15 minutes of the show.

Confused? Well, that would be a massive understatement. Hopefully I can find a summary somewhere.

I couldn't watch on-line - that is only available to residents of the US (like many others), but did read the re-cap. It did help clear up many of the missing pieces, though from the sounds of things, even if I has seen it I probably would have been quite confused.

Global has a recap that is not too bad. They don't have the full episode but it is better than nothing.

Just watched it on the DVR last night, and I liked this LOADS better than last season. This had a bit of an Ocean's Eleven caper kind of feel to it, which can keep the prison stuff from being too oppresive.

And there were some classic lines.

Did you have some bad Mexican? You could say that.

I am pretty excited about this season. Reminds me more of season 1 watching Michael's mind solve puzzles than the run.lola.run of the other seasons.

I have always liked Mahone and usually don't like the hollywood redemption storylines of bad guys, but the actor is so great I will accept it this time.

Agreed - but how could he not? He went through an entire season worrying about the safety of his son, and then finds out that the company has killed Mahone's. Yikes.

Looks like this thresd isn't going anywhere. Kinda forgot about it when the season started.

Last night Alex reminded me of Jack Bauer when he was torturing - and he got the result he wanted. Anyone expect him to dive in and save the vic?

And Bullz - you can watch just about any tv show if you miss them on surfthechannel - that's how I get the few shows I want to watch. You can go back and watch the full premier anytime you want. While I can't get Fox here, stc is good just about everywhere.

I loved that! I was scared that the guy was going to bonk Mahoney on the head with the cement block or something.

Is anyone sad about Brad? I kinda felt sorry for him in the last few eps.

I am glad I am not alone. I really didn't like Brad last season as the sniveling lapdog in SOMA. This season he really picked it up and I was sorry to see him meet his maker. Or did he? We all assume he is dead, but this show has a knack for bringing people back after we thought they were gone. Even the ones we would prefer stay gone.

According to reports, this might be the last season for Prison Break.

Well, Prison Break fans, I have some good news and some bad news. According to The Hollywood Reporter, cast and production members from Prison Break have been told by Fox that they may be filming an additional two episodes this season (yay!), but it may come with a huge catch.

I hope you have some salt near you, because you may want to take a grain of it when you read this next sentence. The Hollywood Reporter says that those extra two episodes may serve as a series finale...yep, a series finale (their idea, not mine!).

I'm not sure the news is all that bad. I think I'm soon ready to move on into the sunset with the show - pull it all together and wrap up the loose ends and let Michael and Sarah live in peace and tranquility. How many more twists can there be?

I did enjoy the last two shows with the Self twist. But, Michael always has the contingency plan. I was entertained but would like to see it all wrap up soon.

Anyone know how many more shows there might be?

I agree, Sittem. This has always been one of my favorite shows, but I'm pretty much ready for it to be over now. Nothing will ever compare to season 1, and each season since then has been less and less impressive. I really couldn't care less about taking The Company down. I just want to see them all living happily and free, except T-Bag who I'm hoping will be killed in the series finale.

Yes, I agree. I won't be crushed when this show ends. I still like it very much but the first season can't be repeated.

TVGuide.com is reporting that Prison Break will not be renewed after this season.

The article says that they have 6 more episodes planned to air in April, but they may up it to 8 in order to tie up all the storylines properly.

As I said up there, I think it's time for this show to end. It's been a fun (and sometimes ridiculous) ride, but it has run its course. I don't think I'll miss it. (unlike Pushing Daisies. *sigh* *still bitter*)

I did watch, and couldn't help but miss Gretchen. Not certain about the mother's intentions - one the one hand, like the fact that she wants the General out of the way. On the other hand, is she actually worse than he is?

I managed to catch it a couple of days ago - I was a bit disoriented for the first 20 minutes trying to catch up in my mind with all of what was going on. So many open questions at this point though. I'm looking forward to drawing it all together.

I love the way they brought back some of the oldies and goodies. Should have at least mentioned Brad though. Really liked the ending....glad they didn't Hollywood it too much. I cried.

Aw, Brad... I agree they should have mentioned him. He was one of the most changed and dynamic characters that the show had and I had forgotten about him! *sniffle*

I loved seeing Sucre again (my favorite!). And, yes, the (non)ending my me cry, too!

So what we thought was the finale, was not really the finale. Seems there is a DVD Movie coming out that takes place after the beach scene but before the 'four years later'.

Anyone see the movie yet? It was... interesting. Honestly, I am pretty glad the whole saga is over. Everyone always winding in the same prison was very irritating.
