Survivorman, Dirty Jobs, the fishing stuff, etc.

Thought I'd start a thread for these shows. I like Survivorman and Dirty Jobs is funny.

Tonight Dirty Jobs tagged and stuck swabs up goose butts in Alaska. Well, I think they tagged legs, not butts.

Survivorman guy used "Chee" and "Haa" for right and left with his dog sled up in Labrador in the new show last Friday. Tonight, I learned something new when Dirty Job guy use "Yee" and "Haw" for right and left for directing donkeys dragging out oak logs to make barrels. Reminds me of the old country show Hee Haw.

Hey Matt...
There is a thresd in the 'Other Reality TV Shows' Forum covering a couple of these shows. Ice Road Truckers, I think, is on page 2, and
My personal favorite.... 'Deadliest Catch' is on page 3. To me, the Deadliest Catch is a reality venue, because it follows specific crews/teams in a specific environment, with very little 'acting', and real-time situations. But the guide lists the show as 'Action-Adventure, Documentary.'

Don't forget Mythbusters! Tonight, they're doing superhero myths.

We watch Survivorman and Mythbusters as a family. The kids aren't as into Dirty Jobs, but Hubby and I like it.
