OK, from looking over the vidcaps of the "Coming Soon" sequence, at least 13 of the fifteen women who get roses is quite clear -- as is the ID of the woman who gets the FIRST rose.

There are:

Anne-Michelle
Amber
Amy (short hair)
Audree
Christina
Cristina
Elizabeth
Heather
Jen
Kirsten
Liz
Shannon
Tina (Wisconsin)

The other two seem to be Tina (Tennessee) and either Amy II or Tiffany

And Amber apparently gets the first rose:

Great now I can look at this site and see who was who. I was so confused and couldn't tell any of them apart.
