I met these people at Sundance Film Fest and they said they had something to do with the Bachelor and or the Bachelorette

Not absolutely 100% sure, but a WAG that they are Kiptyn and Tenley, who were on different seasons, but then appeared together on the Bachelor Pad and began a relationship after that.

Yes, that is Kiptyn and Tenley. Kiptyn was on Jillian's season and made the final three. Tenley was on Jake's season and also made the final three.
