I haven't watched it yet--I'm still celebrating Jake and Vienna breaking up.

I only saw up until they wrote the poems, then I quickly saw a couple of scenes: Ty getting the group date rose, Kasey getting the boot, Chris N. getting the boot.

Kirk: Read this morning that he told her about his illness? What was that?

Ty: I love Ty. I'm happy he got the rose.

Kasey: LMAO. How the heck did Justin get in that plane and fly away and not laugh his aras off. OMG! I thought Ali handled it well, although I wonder what was edited out. And then just to leave him standing there on the middle of that glacier in the middle of nowhere. LOL!

Kirk: Read this morning that he told her about his illness? What was that?

I was going to post about Kirk's illness, but I am not feeling well enough to do so. Ever since I moved into this asbestos and mold-infested condemned frat house I have been having breathing problems, headaches, a tingly sensation down my left side, food has tasted funny, I can no longer run at the national level, my speach is slurred worse than Kasey's, rainbows don't look as colourful, my dog ran away, Viagra no longer works for me, and my mother loves my brother more than she loves me.

So you aren't getting an answer from me. No way. Especially not to your questions about my previous love life. Nope, I am going to skip that completely and sit here in my half of our match-i-poo Icelandic sweaters and play the "I got sick a bunch of years ago" distractionary sympathy card instead.

Answer your question?

LAST EDITED ON 06-22-10 AT 07:10 PM (EST)

LOL.

WTF? This is why I love this show again, so many of these moments.

The whole time I'm thinking, "Sounds like you were exposed to mold, but what does that have to do with your love life and why you haven't had any relationships that lasted?"

I'm also really wondering about Frank at this point. I really like him. His picture does him no justice on the ABC site. I was laughing at him consoling Kasey, the whole time thinking that Frank also can't handle this.

ETF: Potential spoiler. Sorry I thought we had been talking about it.

oh my - Kasey!
I was wondering if they thought it was smart to leave him on that glazier; was he near enough to the volcano to jump in? Was Ali even thinking about the possibility?

He was so pitiful sitting out in the snow while Ali & Justin enjoyed the ice cave. & then when it was his turn? she joined him out in the snow! LOL I'm so glad he is gone & the Kasey show is over.

I can't figure out the Justin thing.
With Vienna - when all the others disliked her - we (most of us) agreed that she was not the one.
But with Justin, I don't know what the other guys are seeing; editing is not making him look really bad. Well, there were a few moments of grins about Kasey - but those were deserved .

The other guy who went home? Don't have a clue as to who he was - wow! did he ever get left out! Had he been hiding from the cameras? Did he ever have more than a group date?

So, who do you speculate (no spoilers) is the center of the "girlfriend" at home previews and who walks out?
I'm guessing - spoiler free - that it's Justin.

Chris N. as in Chris Nobody was the one who was left out. LMAO. His poem, oh his poem. Did the man write anything down? This season is probably giving me some of the funniest moments ever.

Either he did nothing or he was completely hidden. I mean, did the man ever even talk to Ali before this show? Before the poem?

I loved Chris L. and Ty during this episode. I'm glad they are buddies/roommates and that they seem to get along so well. I was laughing at Chris with the horse. He was so out of his element. I don't know if I see Ali and Ty as a match because they are both so different in where they are coming from. I think he's too Southern for her.

Also, I have to wonder if they had anything to eat on that group date. We certainly never saw them eating all day, but we did see them drinking, and Ali was complete toast!

Yeah, I speculated that Chris Nobody was actually been given a few seconds of air time this episode because he would be going home. When they said only one was going home from the Rose Ceremony...it was a no brainer there!!

And I am also curious about Kirk and has mysterious past which he glossed over..hmmmmm. In the trailers, Ali seems quite pissed off...so maybe he is the one that actually has a girlfriend and "never expected to fall in love" and gets the boot... LOL..who knows?

DBF had to fill me in on most of this episode because I kept nodding off. A few more episodes like this one, and maybe I won't feel like watching any more.

Here's my recap:

1)he boys were forced to write stupid poems. *gag*
2)Kirk and Ali bought matching sweaters *gag*
3)The remaining dates were held on the same day in the same location - an icy cave that had a spa/hot spring down in it. Some guys got to ride burrows and Ali finally realized that Kasey is a burrow.
4) Some other guy got sent home, but we never even knew who he was, so we weren't invested in him. At all.

When that was over, I dragged myself off the couch and took a shower before going to bed, while DBF stayed up watched his new guilty pleasure - True Beauty. And he thinks I have bad taste in tv shows. *shakes head*

My next song is for Agman.
