People magazine has reported that former Survivor: Palau contestant Jenn Lyon has been battling breast cancer.

Thanks for posting this Jennjk! I am saddened to hear this news and I admire Jenn greatly for going public with it. Maybe it will help other women who are in doubt about how to proceed when they find something suspicious!

Poor Jenn. She wasn't my favorite on the show, but I sure feel for her now. She is brave to go public and try to teach others from her mistake.

How dreadful -- such a young woman to be dealing with such a huge health crisis.

I have met Jenn and she is a beautiful and intelligent young woman. I am sad to see this news and I wish her the best in her battle.

It is Breast Cancer Awareness month-all women should be checking themselves or having their partners check them (which can be alot of fun). I am glad that she found hers and has done what she needs to do to fight it. Big Big kudos go out to Coby for helping her with her hair loss and for his support.

I wish her the best and admire her courage to share her story.
