Another captivating episode....another captivating round of...

Let me start off by saying this week was completely F*CKED UP beyond belief...kind of like me on Homecoming weekend after I get smashed in my girlfriend's garage...

Anyway, let's get to those results shall we?

First off, for those of you that didn't know, GARY was the actual star...there was a hidden message in the results post that told you to click the last dot in the post, the final period, which led you to a picture of the actual star. Not to mention the fact that I pretty much said it in the invisible ink message itself...

Now for the Weekly Awards Ceremony:

This week's HIGHEST SCORER was Snidget, with a score of 29. On the other hand, our LOWEST SCORER was a RedInker, alwaysintruble1 with a horrific score of +24...yikes. The BIGGEST JUMPERS were oz4ever and alwaysintruble1, each moving up 7 spots...the BIGGEST PLUNGE was whoami, falling 9 spots and into the red.

Also, allow me to give two extremely HONORABLE MENTIONS, here. My first HONORABLE MENTION is oz4ever, who did not know (to my knowledge) that Morgan was a "decoy" star, but still managed to get a great score of +22. oz also managed to move up to Step 2 in the Pyramid Climb with 11 points leftover, meaning a 2-step jump. Well done!
My second HONORABLE MENTION is mckelviej, who got Brooke's placing off by exactly 7 and got -20 points...I don't know if that was because of an expected win or an expected 15th place, but nevertheless, it's -20 points

Eliminees - I'm terribly sorry, but this week we had two eliminees, one from each "side of the PQM fence" - alwaysintruble1 with a score of +24 and whoami with a score of -18. I hate to do it, but I'm afraid I have to send both of you packing to LoserLodge. Have fun!

Also, last week's star, Brooke, got the boot, much to my dismay (and/or demise in one game). Last season the first time a star got booted was when Janu left, which was I believe 4 weeks after she was the star...5 weeks into the entire PQM (since it started after Week 3). A somewhat shocking vote, but it was beneficial to a few of you. The people that got points from her boot were Mo0-(+8), oz4ever-(+10), mckelviej-(-20), and Snidget-(+8). Good job to all of those people

Scoring
Question 1- 10 for ±0, 8 for ±1, 5 for ±2, 3 for ±3, 2 for ±4, 1 for ±5||Question 2- 20 if you have it right on, 15 points minus half a point for every word under you are, nothing if you go over||Question 3- 5 points for ±0, 3 for ±1, 1 for ±2||Question 4- (-1) point for every challenge you say they'll win that they don't. No points for saying that won't win a challenge that they do. (+2) points for every challenge you say they'll win and they do.||Question P- This stays the same for the duration of the game, if you get it right on, you get 20 points, off by one is 10 points, off by two is 8 points, and off by three is 6 points||BONUS QUESTIONS are always worth 4 pts. for correct, -2 pts. for incorrect unless stated otherwise. The superbonus is not applicable to any bonus questions that do not follow the standard bonus question scoring.||There is a (-3) Penalty for each mandatory question you do not answer, (+3) for RedInkers.
RedInk Scoring
Question 1 - (-1) for ±5, (-2) for ±6, (-3) for ±7, (-5) for ±8, (-8) for ±9, (-10) for ±10||Question 2- (-20) if you have it right on, (-15) points plus half a point for every word over you are, nothing if you go under||Question 3- (-5) points for ±4, (-3) points for ±3, (-1) points for ±2||Question P- (-6) for ±4, (-8) for ±5, (-10) for ±6, (-20) for ±7||Questions 4 and B1-B3 are all graded the same as in regular play.
Superbonus
For BONUS questions, you may choose to do the "Superbonus"- place a 'SB(x2)' or 'SB(x3)' next to the question, your choice. If you answer a question incorrectly and you've gone for the superbonus, you get either a (-4) or a (-6) for getting it wrong, (-6) for choosing the x2 and (-8) for choosing the x3. By choosing the x2, you get 6 points for every bonus you answer correctly, and in choosing the x3, you get 8 points for every one you answer incorrectly, but keep the penalties in mind.
Tokens
Each player is alotted 2 tokens at the beginning of the game. If you use a token, you move everybody else's score closer to zero by one point, while you gain however many points you adjusted in total. By Climbing your Pyramid (see next section), you can earn yourself more tokens.
Climbing the Pyramid
For every 15 points you get (disincluding points received from using your token), you climb one step on your pyramid, which has three steps to get to the top. Any points "left over" after the 15 go towards your next step. If, however, you have 10 or more points left over, you will climb two steps instead. If you climb two steps because of this, you do not get the left over from the left over towards your third step-you must begin the third step at zero. Once you complete the third step, you receive one more token. You then start again at Step 1 with zero points.

I did not know the star was Gary. I was afraid you'd given a spoiler and that there would be some new outcast thing with Morgan. I answered all those questions on the basis that the only time Morgan would be seen on the show would be the 2-3 times her face is shown in the opening credits.
