Yep I’m keeping the Echo and the Bunnymen theme going! Or is it Ohce Ohce and the Bunnymen? Anyway I will start off by saying we indeed had a Rob/Amber kiss last week which means anyone saying “yes” to last week’s Reward Question will be rewarded. Woo Hoo!
Say It Ain't So!
Bubba!!!! Yes Bubbastan, our defending PTB Champion has left the island. She just packed her stuff and left, not even bothering to say goodbye to the rest of her tribe! I don't think she ever recovered from being placed in the Fairplay Tribe, and she just disappeared altogether this week. Dangit Bubba I still love you but hated to see you leave us so soon. She was not alone as we had three others leave the island this week. One, whoami became our first Red Inker to leave the island as they picked Shii Ann instead of Alicia as the Bootee. Granted whoami did leave with the lowest weekly score, but not enough to overtake forehead as our Red Ink leader. We also had two others, Evenstar and realityluver fail to make picks for the week. That's two weeks in a row this has happened! Now I don't want anyone else leaving unless you fail to pick the Bootee! You don't want to make me cry do you?Also wanted to wish Lolly the best! She missed posting one week and also left the island but reported back the following week. Congratulations on your miracle!

Game Notes
For those plotting for the Finale a few weeks from now, I will explain in detail how it will work next week. Briefly, you will be picking the first two bootees and then the winner of the Final Two. Those who have reached the F$ in this game will tell you anything can happen the last episode!
Our Weekly Leaders
We had a tie for our weekly high score between Rebel Yell and udg who spilt the 5 bonus points. LeftPinky also did well and those three are Immune this week. TeamJoisey and DoodleBug continue to battle for the top spot with no ground gained or lost. {b]Survivor Maniac takes over third place this week and others are still within striking distance. Bubbastan made up quite a bit of ground on Doodle the last few weeks of S7 and won by the dreaded half point during the Finale. Perhaps that is why she is letting TeamJoisey be the front-runner this season!
On the red side, our departed whoami had the worst score of the week and received an extra (-2) parting points. Djandy slipped giving forehead some breathing room. Molaholic and tvgeek have more picks left so we shall see how they use them.

Rules, Deadlines and Scoring Summary
Deadlines:
A) "Early Bird" bonus points deadline is Tuesday, 9PM (EST). To be eligible for the "Early Bird" bonus of 5 points you must declare "Early Bird" in the subject line and you cannot edit your post after 7PM Tuesday or you will forfeit your bonus and receive a (-10) point penalty. If you don't want to risk this, don't declare "Early Bird" in the subject line. For Red Ink players the bonus points/penalty points are reversed. You will receive (-5) points for an unedited "Early Bird" post and be penalized 10 (positive) points should you edit after the deadline.
B) The regular deadline is Wednesday, 11:59 PM (EST). No penalties or bonus if you make (or edit) your picks before this time. You can post your picks on Monday or Tuesday and edit without penalty on Wednesday as long as you did not declare "Early Bird" in your subject line.
C) Spoiler's Deadline is Thursday, 9PM (EST). If you post or edit your picks any time on Thursday you will be penalized (-8) points (or 8 positive points) for Red Ink Players. You may stay alive, but it's going to cost you points. "Early Bird" entries who edit anytime after 9PM (EST) Tuesday lose (-10) points. A bigger penalty as they were playing for the bonus points. Do Not Edit after the show has begun! One person did this last season and they were booted from the game.
Scoring:
Correct listed bootee (regardless of how many votes) = 5 pts
Failure to list booted player: (-10) pts and possible elimination beginning week 3.
Listed players who receive votes: 2 pts per vote
Listed players who do not receive votes: ( -2) pts per listed player
Tribe Reward Question
Each week you will be asked a "Reward Question/Questions." You must answer this question each week as leaving it blank will be considered a wrong answer. The tribe with the highest percentage of correct answers will receive the weekly reward of 2 points per tribe member (or -2 if you are playing for Red Ink) and you will receive a clue the following week which will help you identify the "Buried Mystery Survivor." In the event your tribe correctly guesses the "Mystery Survivor" prior to our merge, everyone on your tribe will receive an additional 3 bonus points (or -3 if you are playing for Red Ink). You only get one guess per week if you win Reward.

Incorrectly picking Team Reward Challenge Winner = (-1) point
Correctly picking Tribe who wins Immunity = 1 point
Incorrectly picking Tribe who wins Immunity = (-1) point
Correctly picking Individual Reward Challenge Winner = 4 pts
Incorrectly picking Individual Reward Challenge Winner = (-2) pts
Correctly picking Individual Immunity Challenge Winner = 4 pts
Incorrectly picking Individual Immunity Challenge Winner = (-2) pts
Correctly picking player who gives first confessional = 8 pts (pre-merge)
Incorrectly picking player who gives first confessional = (-2) pts
Correctly picking player who gives first confessional = 5 pts (post-merge)
Incorrectly picking player who gives first confessional = (-2) pts
Weekly High Score Bonus
Bonus points for highest weekly score = 5pts. 2.5 pts if two people tie. 1 pt if 3-5 people tie. 0 points if more than 5 players tie. Lowest weekly score bonus = (-2) points.
Picks
You have 50 picks to use for the entire season. Your remaining picks are listed on the leaderboard. Should you last until the end of the season any remaining picks are added to your final score.
Tribe Immunity Challenges
Beginning week 4 your tribe will be competing for Immunity. I will either post a challenge thread where a few tribe members will compete for your Tribe, or ask an IC question. The Tribe that wins this challenge Subject: Enter "Early Bird" if you are going for this bonus, otherwise no need to do anything to subect. Post Reward Questions Answers (RQ1 & RQ2) Yes or no. Phew! I almost missed out this week (that immunity would have come in handy). My internet went down before the show last week, and I didn't get back online until this morning. I'm trying my best to catch TeamJoisey and DoodleBug, which means playing aggressively. Maybe a little too much. Hope I don't totally blow it!

Thank you echogirl for hosting this game, it was a lot of fun while it lasted. I went further this time then last. maybe next time I will take it all, so watch out youall.
It is a said day in whosvile today now that there star player (whoami)has been booted. My mother whosshe cried when she herd. Not to be confussed with my cousin whoisshe, who just gave me a hard time telling me I should have picked Alicia like she said.
My dad whoshe was more understanding about it. Not to be confussed with my other cousin whoishe. The baby of the family boowho (that is a weird name) just cried like he always does.
All my other friends whoisthat, whowasthat, whowasshe, whowhat, and all the other who's including our honnerable mayor Sir whogoosedthemoose. Would like to say thank you for such a good game.

Echo, I really didn't intentionally bail on the game. Even though I didn't have a prayer in oh-my-heck of finishing in the top ten, I fully intended to play until the end (or at least until my torch got snuffed). I think that what I must have done with my picks last week was to hit the preview button instead of the post button. And in a move which was Lex-like in its brilliance, I never went back to check to see if my post made it.
